The new Phantom element in Elemental Dungeons has made its way alongside the Halloween season. It’s strong, perhaps even too strong, considering its Mythic rarity. Honestly, the game balance could use some rethinking. Moreover, it has a very unique set of abilities and combos.

If you’re interested in trying it out and learning all of Phantom’s combos, I’m here to help. I’ll walk you over to all its abilities, as well as how you can use them effectively to make powerful combinations for different situations.

Complete Phantom Guide & Combo’s

First, let’s talk about the basic abilities:

  1. Hand Slap (Left Click): This move swipes from left to right. To maximize its range, position your cursor to the left of your character. You can also combo it with a dash for a swift hit. Just be cautious not to collide with nearby enemies.
  2. Flick: After a brief delay, your hand flicks forward, dealing damage. You can also dash forward after triggering this ability for a longer reach. However, be careful not to aim it too far behind you, as it might not register a hit.
  3. Smash: Your hand flies toward your cursor’s destination and delivers a powerful area-of-effect attack. This ability is pretty straightforward and easy to use.
  4. Barrage: This is the standout ability. Your hand transforms into a fist, following your cursor and striking about 25 times in 6 seconds. It ends with a smashing attack at your initial activation point.
  5. Step: Activate Step for a significant movement speed boost lasting about 7 seconds.
  6. Transformation: Transform for an extended period, increasing your field of view, sword range, and reducing damage taken.

Now that you know the moveset for this element, let’s explore some combos:

  1. The Wasp (Flick + Hand Slap): Combine Flick and Hand Slap for a quick and effective combo. Remember, you can use Hand Slap after any ability except the other way around.
  2. The Bee (Smash + Hand Slap): Similar to The Wasp, this combo incorporates Hand Slap after an ability. This time, it’s with Smash.
  3. The Madman (Flick + Smash + Hand Slap): This combo can be quite flexible, but starting with Flick often feels more comfortable.
  4. The Speedy (Step + Barrage): Before using Barrage, always activate Step to extend your reach with the added speed. You can even dash alongside Barrage for an extra advantage.
  5. Barrage + Hand Slap Spam: While Barrage packs a punch on its own, you can spam Hand Slap during its duration for extra damage.
  6. Speedy + Madman + Spam Slap: This powerful combo is likely to deal significant damage to bosses. Don’t forget, you can also use Transformation before executing your combo.
