Protecting whatever’s left of Detroit in RoboCop: Rogue City can take its toll on you, regardless if you’re a hunk of metal that already knows how to process human emotion. That’s why you have simpler missions you can do from time to time, like saving a cat from a burning hotel.

Don’t ask how the hotel burned, it’s how things go in Detroit. Saving the cat is your utmost priority. It’s quite easy to miss with all the commotion happening, but we’ll show you where it’s hiding if you’re itching to get all the achievements you can! Just be thankful it isn’t on top of a tree again this time.

How To Save A Cat From A Burning Hotel | A Real Hero Achievement

The cat won’t show up anywhere else except the Star Motel. You’ll get there later while doing a story mission where you have to save Dr. Blanche.

You’ll find the cat in a broom closet near the end of the mission. Saving the cat won’t be possible until you see Dr. Blanche herself.

Once you get Dr. Blanche to come with you, you’ll get the objective to escort her to safety. A couple of baddies will try to get a hold of her along the way.

Use your weapons to showcase the consequences of crime when executed poorly to escape. Go out of her room and down the stairs where more armed thugs are waiting.

Keep walking down the hall and make a left turn where the fire is. You’ll hear the cat from a mile away, or meters if you’re using metric.

Open the door to the broom closet and the cat will find a way out on its own. Doing that will get you the “A Real Hero Achievement.”

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
