Serve & Protect 2 Locations For Downtown Guide
Here are the locations for Serve & Protect 2. Each problem you solve will require you to either issue a ticket and drive someone closer to financial ruin, or let them off with a warning. The decision is up to you. Remember, your decisions will alter public opinion about cops.

First Location
The first spot is a gas station on Linwood Street, close to where you spawn in. There’s a man here who clearly has no regard for human life, including his own.
He can deal with whatever problems he’s going through when you’re done giving him a warning. Scan the no smoking sign first before you do.
Second Location
Head north of the gas station to get to the next location on Towbridge Street. Scan the no parking sign and issue the white pickup truck a ticket. You can do that by heading over to the windshield.
Third Location
Go to the corner of Linwood and River for the next location. There’s a muscle car parked in front of the courthouse.
Whoever owns this clearly can afford a parking ticket. Go ahead and do that after you’re done scanning the fire hydrant.
Fourth Location
Next location is similar to the man with a push cart, it’s the fountain on Detroit Riverwalk. There’s a person here getting their toes wet, quite literally. That’s disgusting, interact with them and deal with the situation however you see fit.
Fifth Location
Go to Broadstreet Ave next. There’s a building there that you can access with the use of a ladder. You can access that ladder if you go to the parking lot next to Rvierwalk. Talk to him and what you need to do to calm him down.
Sixth Location
Last location is just behind the building you were on. That’s at an alleyway on the very north of Downtown Detroit.
There’s some bloke with a Mohawk tagging the campaign posters. Teach him a thing or two about politics and move on with your duties.
