Downtown Detroit is filled to the brim with crime and other joyous events in RoboCop: Rogue City which is exactly why your presence is needed there. A numerous amount of times to be exact since this won’t be your last time going here.

Since the area is in dire need of a good street sweeping, it’s only helpful that you know each possible location where crime is bound to happen. And the game doesn’t really let you know about any of that until you get close enough. You’ll know more about what you need to do if you keep on reading the guide below!

Serve & Protect 1 Locations For Downtown Guide

There’s a total of six petty crimes to solve in the downtown area. These involve parking meters, fire hydrants, littering, and some mild public intoxication. It is completely up to you whether you want to reprimand some of the perpetrators who are still on the scene.

First Location

Your first duty is to remind the citizens to pay their dues. There’s a station wagon on Broadstreet Ave parked next to an expired parking meter.

Scan the parking meter and slap a fine on the windshield next to move on to the next area.

Second Location

Next is on Towbridge Street. Yes it’s another vehicle, but this time it’s parked next to a fire hydrant.

Scan the hydrant to confirm that it is indeed a fire hydrant and place another ticket by the car’s windshield.

Third Location

The next location is over at the western side of Downtown close to the Detroit Riverwalk. There’s two blokes here in front of a toppled shopping cart having an argument.

Interact with them and tell them to do it somewhere else to resolve the situation. What they do next behind your back is completely up to them.

Fourth Location

Stay close to the Riverwalk as the next location is just around the corner. Go to River Street to find another vehicle that’s in need of repairs.

Make sure that the owner understands their financial status by giving them more things to pay for. Oh, and scan the oil puddle as well while you’re at it.

Fifth Location

At the north end of Detroit Riverwalk is a man who’s throwing garbage into the river. He could’ve gotten away with this if he chose a better time to do so, and yet he didn’t.

Speak to him and decide what to do to resolve the issue and move on to the last location.

Sixth Location

Final location is at the far end of Broadstreet Ave. It’s in an alleyway a few steps away from the main road.

There’s a guy in a not so public place enjoying a beer in his spare time who isn’t really bothering anybody.

Scan him or the alcohol and decide what to do to the man who’s clearly minding his own business.

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
