Call of Duty Modern Warfare III features the fan favorite Zombies game mode, which is a PvE experience that has appeared in various installments of the franchise. In this iteration of Zombies, it has a striking resemblance to the DMZ game mode but with even more emphasis on the PvE aspect.
With that said, you’re probably wondering how some of the missions and mechanics work in the game. Here’s a quick guide on how to complete an outlast contract, as well as how to get Dr. Jansen’s tablet for that one mission in the game mode’s first act!
How to Complete an Outlast Contract & Obtain Dr. Jansen’s Tablet
If you’re unsure of how to complete an outlast contract, just check your map and look for a blue satellite icon. This will spawn in different locations every match, so keep an eye out for them.
Once you start it, you will be tasked with activating the PND. Upon doing so, you will be faced with a constant barrage of zombies. You will have to fight them off while staying within the area.
This is a relatively simple task, as all you have to do is survive until the Analysis Progress bar is full. This will be even easier if you have teammates with you, though it is perfectly doable on your own.
Once the bar is full, that’s pretty much it for the contract. Now, following this step, Dr. Jansen’s Tablet should spawn somewhere nearby for each member of the team.
It does not spawn in any set location, just like the contract itself, though it will be very close to where you started the activity.
Upon picking it up, all you have to do now is survive until you can exfiltrate successfully. Keep in mind that if you do die while carrying it, you will have to repeat the whole process.
And that’s all you need to do to complete an outlast contract and unlock the next story mission for the first act of MWZ! Now go and finish it so you can proceed to the next act!
