Human Mage Regeneration Rune Location
The Regeneration Rune is a drop from the Defias Pillager you can see roaming around in Westfall.
They’re not challenging to deal with, but the problem with grinding for this would be the fact that it’s always crowded.
Especially if you’re in the level range of everyone else which is the reason it’s overcrowded.
What you need to do once you’re here is just be patient and keep looking. Then you should see it drop the Spell Notes: TENGI RONEERA. Learn that and you shall be able to engrave the Regeneration Spell.
The Regeneration spell’s description: Heals the target for 104 health over 3 sec and applies Temporal Beacon for 30 sec. Temporal Beacon coverts a majority of your Arcane Damage into extra healing for the target.
