Project Smash: New Rogue and Bandit Characters Info & Showcase

There’s something wrong with these guns!

Project Smash New Rogue and Bandit Characters Info & Showcase

There are a lot of characters in Project Smash, and they’re not stopping with adding more. Recently they’ve added the new Rogue and Bandit characters in the game.

One of them is rocking two daggers while the other uses a gun. Don’t get too excited though since the gun seems to be poorly made since you can only use it on melee range!

In this guide, we’ll show you both of the new characters in the game. We’ll go through the different moves they offer, so let’s get started with them!

New Rogue and Bandit Characters Info & Showcase

With the new update, they’ve added two new characters in Project Smash. Both of them are great and I understand why the developers released both of them at the same time. They both cover a theme of outlaws and sneaky characters. Now, let’s see their moves!

Bandit Moves

When you get the Bandit in the game you might get excited that the model has a gun. Sadly this bandit doesn’t know how to operate it since it’s still a melee weapon. All the M1 attacks and the moves are melee moves. It’s still funny though bringing a gun to a smash fight!

  • Double Trouble – You use this ability to switch to your Double-Barrel Shotgun or Revolver. The M1 attacks are different from each with the shotgun only having a 2-hit combo.
  • Hip Fire – You shoot a barrage of bullets at very close range.
  • Quick Draw – A very fast attack where you fire your revolver once at a target. Great for combos.
  • Dynamite – This is similar to the Ninja’s Bomb Toss where you throw a piece of dynamite on the ground. The dynamite will explode and send the enemy flying.

Despite the guns being melee weapons, the animations the moves and M1 attacks are well done. Having two types of M1 attacks that you can freely switch between can give you an advantage. Keep your enemies guessing and then throw a bomb at their face!

Rogue Moves

The Rogue has a lot of really quick melee moves, what it lacks is range since only one move has some medium-range capabilities. Most of the moves are fast and hard to dodge though making it great at combos. Here are all the moves for the Rogue:

  • Thousand Cuts – This is a move where you swing your dual blades around in front of you. This ‘catches’ an enemy before sending them backward.
  • Eviscerate – A very fast move that can send an enemy flying if they’re low. A great way to go for the killing blow.
  • Crosswind Assault – You do a bunch of slashes in an instant before teleporting a short distance forward.
  • Flicker Step – This is a counter move where your character gets blurry for half a second. When an enemy hits you the attack triggers.

Because of how quick the moves of the Rogue is it’s easy to catch enemies off guard. The character is just like the Ninja if they didn’t know how explosives and gunpowder work. It’s a fun class if you like to get up close and personal!

Those are all the information and moves on the new Rogue and Bandit characters in Project Smash. Now, go out there and try it out yourself!
