It's time to defend some... toilets!

Are you interested in a Tower Defense type game that can really get you going? This particular genre has been blowing up as of late, especially in platforms such as Roblox. There are so many different games — especially concerning anime games and other popular media. For example, one of the most popular to date is Skibi Defense, and I’m here to provide the Best Units Tier List!

Of course, the reason why you would utilize this list is to ensure you have all the up-to-date information — allowing you to conquer every wave with ease. After all, if you know the best units in the game, you’ve pretty much got it made!

Best Units Tier List

Okie doke, before we continue, the first thing I’ll do is give you guys the general tier list for the best units in Skibi Defense:

The Tier list in Skibi Defense
This, here’s the tier list!

Those of you who are quite familiar with the game will know these units just from the thumbnails. Of course, it can be a little confusing based on this image alone, so how about we go through a step-by-step process based on the overall tier?

By the way, if Chapter 3 is give you trouble, here’s the complete guide to beating Chapter 3 solo.

S Tier

  • Camera Fighter – This is one of the easiest S tiers I’ve ever had the pleasure of placing on this list. One of my friends suggested this unit when I was just starting out, and it’s pretty much been my go-to ever since. Anyone who’s had the pleasure of using Camera Fighter understands how broken it is. Incredible damage, incredible range, and the ease-of-use is masterful.
  • Strongest Camera – The Strongest Camera Under Heaven is not stronger than the Camera Fighter, but it’s close! The Camera Fighter can outright solo content, and the Strongest Camera needs a bit of help to get the job done. Here’s a showcase for Gojo in the game!
  • UTTV – This one is a bit of a doozy. If you’re looking for a unit that will demolish the field, the UTTV stands proud. I’m personally a big fan of its design, since it’s cute, but that doesn’t stop it from being utterly terrifying.
  • Titan Speaker Toilet S tier is filled to the brim with units that can do everything. The damage is pretty fantastic, but you already knew that. Range is great, but you know that too. Any unit that is on S tier you can expect to be amazing.
  • Ultimate Speakerman – This one is just insane. It has a quick-fire rate, mindboggling damage, and it can spawn an Upgraded Speaker Titan. Oh, did I mention that it has huge range, too?
  • DJ Woman – This one is an obvious choice, because it is the only boost in the game that buffs everything. If you need the ultimate support, you have DJ Woman.
Battling in Skibi Defense
Gonna need all the best units to manage Nightmare!

A Tier

  • Ultimate Cameraman – Now, this is an awesome unit. It does some fantastic damage, the range is pretty much all you need, and it summons the UTC. It certainly lives up to its name because the cooldown is nuts too. I would say this is as close to broken as possible without being outright S tier.
  • Cupid Camera – If you’re looking for a unit that’s good all around (especially in Nightmare), the Cupid Camera is a good choice. Not only does it fare well on its own, but its also spawns other units that seem to do a good job as well. Overall, extremely powerful, but not enough to hit S tier. If you want to get better at Nightmare, you’ll need a guide to help you conquer Nightmare.
  • Upgraded Title Speakerman – This one is a must for people that just want to grind cash in the game. Unfortunately, the lack of stacked attacks does hurt its value, but it does pretty good damage all things considered!
  • Upgraded Camera Titan – The Upgraded Camera Titan is something you get from the Valentine’s Event in the game. If you did, then great job, because this unit is pretty strong. There isn’t much else to say other than it’s a powerhouse.
  • The Flamethrower – This one was pretty nuts. The damage it was doing was absolutely insane, so it was only a matter of time until the devs decided to nerf the Flamethrower. Back then, it was the undisputed king of Nightmare. Nowadays it still does a good job, but it’s not as crazy. Cooldown’s still great, and you can place five of them.
  • Large Laser Cameraman – This unit is extremely powerful, but it does less damage than The Flamethrower. That said, it’s still a heavy-hitter, and is an invaluable part of the team if you decide to use it. The cooldown is good, and the range is even better.
  • Upgraded TV Man – All of the other units above the Upgraded TV Man are better in terms of damage, range, and cooldown. It’s a pretty boring reason to have this unit here, but that’s the thing with tier lists. Sometimes it’s just how it is!
  • Dark Speakerman – This is a pretty strong (and cool) unit. It does more damage than the Large Rocket Camera, so I placed it above the unit on the tier list. That said, the two are somewhat interchangeable. Both are amazing.
  • Large Rocket Camera – Let me paint a picture for you. You decide to use the Large Rocket Camera, but not just one unit. You have ten of them. They each deal 4k damage per second. What this means is you now have a damage dealing monster that does 40k damage per second. With all of that range, you have a unit that is very, very close to S tier.

SIDE NOTE: Here are some codes to help you out in Skibi Defense (updated daily)!

Huge units in Skibi Defense
Why yes, things have gotten out of hand.
  • Upgraded DJ – This is something you use for the buffs and nothing else. It’s a useful and valuable unit, but the fact that you don’t really use it for damage means I won’t have much to say about it.
  • Upgraded Speakerman – The reason why the Upgraded Speakerman is here is because it’s better than the unit below it, the Upgraded Camera. There’s no much else to say about this one, other than the fact that it’s pretty useful all things considered.
  • Secret Agent – This is most definitely the go-to unit if you’re looking to grind for cash. Not only that, but it’s also one of the best money-making units in Nightmare. Actually scratch that — it’s the very best moneymaking unit period.
  • Upgraded Camera – If I had to define this unit as anything, it’s like a better version of the Camera Sniper Woman, but it won’t go any higher than A tier because it’s a more expensive version of Camera Fighter. You could definitely do a lot worse than Upgraded Camera, and if you’ve got a chance to use this unit, why not right? A powerful all round that’s decent for all modes (by the way, it can stun units).
  • Upgraded Camera Sniper Woman – She isn’t quite as useful as Upgraded Camera, but honestly this unit is pretty great. It’s a better version of the Camera Sniper Woman (of course), which means she does a better job than the previous iteration. Damage, range, cooldowns — this unit has it all.

B Tier

  • Orbital Camera – This thing can do DAMAGE, but it’s an extremely old unit. I think the last time most people used this unit was around Update 2, which was ages ago. It’s still pretty iconic, however, and it’s a good unit if you’ve never tried it before. That said, some other units overshadow it. The cooldown is SO bad.
  • Pure Titan Camera – Need a powerhouse? This one does 40k damage per second and you can place two of them. That makes it 80k damage per second, which is nuts. Still the great cost makes it difficult to place this anywhere but the upper echelon of B tier.
  • Titan TV Man – Very powerful. Probably more powerful than the other two Titan units, but it’s not better than the Pure Titan Camera.
  • Speaker Titan – This is yet another straightforward unit. I like it, and the knockback is extremely useful. I would say overall, quite good! Not as good as the Pure Titan Camera, but definitely better than the Titan Camera.
  • Titan Camera – A genuinely cool unit, I like this one a lot. It does pretty great damage, and the range isn’t too bad. However, it doesn’t have anything that sets it apart from the rest of the crowd. Of course, the fact that it hits like a semitruck means you can do a lot worse than Titan Camera.
  • The Engineer – I honestly wanted to rate this one higher, because The Engineer was pretty instrumental in my Nightmare victories. However, since Nightmare was recently nerfed, the value of this unit has dropped. That said, this spot in B tier isn’t bad as you’ll still get plenty of bang for buck. Speaking of bang for buck, here’s how to beat Whigmaster in the game!
  • Camera Sniper Woman – Now, this one is a personal favorite. You could even call this unit an OG, because of how incredible it is. While it’s not necessarily the best unit ever, the Camera Sniper Woman typically does a good job no matter where you put her. Damage is decent, range is decent, cooldown is decent. You can even place eight of her on the field.
  • Silver Cameraman – You see, the thing about the Silver Cameraman is it doesn’t cost a thing to place. It’s also a pretty good unit overall, so you would think that it’s an instant S tier unit, right? Well, the thing is, the Silver Cameraman is no longer available. Instead, you have to buy it for 300 Robux. Sure, it’s awesome if you get it, but Robux doesn’t grow on trees. It’s a precious resource, and you can only place this unit once on the field. All of these and more is why this unit stays on B tier.
  • Dancing Cameraman – If you asked me what I thought about the Dancing Cameraman back in the early days, I would just look at you funny and tell you it’s trash. It’s pretty obvious that the unit was trash, but you know what? It’s so much better now. This unit’s experienced many changes, and with the addition of Nighmare mode (which it does SO good in), I can’t place this guy on C tier. He isn’t the best money farm unit, so I can’t make him any higher, either.
  • Large TV Person – As an upgraded version of the extremely trashy TV Person¸ it’s surprisingly good. Still though, there are better units out there. The Large TV Person was a part of the old versions, so it’s nostalgic.
S rankers in Skibi Defense
You really don’t need the C tier units if you can use these guys…

C Tier

  • Glitch Cameraman – This one, you didn’t really use for anything other than the Speed Boost. That said, the fact that this is one of the few units with such a niche ability in the game makes it valuable. At the very least, it’s valuable enough to be at the top of C tier.
  • Mech Camera – This one isn’t so bad. Way back when you could place a ton of these Mech Cameras, filling your screen with nothing but these bad boys. It’s been nerfed since then so it’s not that useful, but it’s still an okay choice if you’re feeling nostalgic.
  • Space Detainer – Yet another OG unit that deserves more respect, but if I’m going to be unbiased, it’s definitely fallen off. It’s still better than the Space UFO Toilet at least.
  • Space UFO Toilet – I wanted to rank this lower because I struggle to find a real use for it. However, it outdamages High Tech, so I’m forced to place it here. It’s not useful at all, and it takes SO MUCH to upgrade it completely.
  • High Tech – We’ve started to reach the units that are just useful enough that they can get the job done, but bad enough that there’s always a better unit to use. I would go so far as to say that no one really uses High Tech, but I have a soft spot for it. It takes far too much to upgrade this unit.
  • Pure TV Woman – While it’s certainly better than the TV Woman, this is one of those units that I struggle to say anything nice about. Sure, it does pretty well in the right situation, but why do you need this?
  • Plunger Cameraman – I wanted to rank this one higher, but when I compared High Tech and Plunger Cameraman, the former does way more damage. Don’t get me wrong, there is still a potential use for this one, but you won’t really see it because you’ll be too busy using the other units. Not to mention, the range is pretty bad, too.
  • Large Speaker – The Large Speaker, there really isn’t much to say about it. It’s decent for sure, but there’s nothing much to say. It’s so utterly average that I sometimes forget that it exists.
  • Researcher Camera – This is kind of a funny list, because I actually consider the Large Camera unit to be a better purchase than Researcher Camera. However, because of the other alternatives that utterly overshadow Researcher Camera, there isn’t really a reason to buy this one. Oh, the alternative I was talking about? That would be Camera Sniper Woman. You see now why you shouldn’t buy this?
  • TV Woman – Who uses this unit? I haven’t seen anyone use this unit in so long that I kinda forgot it was there. It does have its uses, but the fact that it’s overshadowed by most units is really saying something.
  • Camera Strider – This is one of those units that can’t really rank any higher because there are better units, period. It doesn’t have a niche, but if you use Camera Strider, it doesn’t do a bad job. The only problem is that so many units do the same job better.
  • Large Camera – You know, this one is kind of a difficult decision for me. For one, the damage is pretty darn good. However, the range is awful. You would think such a big boi unit would have good range, but it’s actually awful.
  • Speaker Strider – When you are this deep into C tier, you’re starting to reach levels where I question your place in the game. The Speaker Strider can have some uses, I guess? However, you’d have to dig pretty deep to use this one.
Running in Skibi Defense
Flee from these units like you might run from these wonderful fellows…

D Tier

  • Speaker Fighter – If you’re in D tier, you just aren’t good. I’ve been pretty lenient with my choices so far, and there are quite a few stinkers that I decided to put in C tier because they still serve a purpose. This one isn’t good. At all.
  • Camera Reaper – This thing does 400 damage per second, fully upgraded. Need I say more?
  • TV Person – This one is about as useful as the name is clever. It’s a trash unit, what can I say?

That’s about it for the Best Units Tier List!

I know that was kind of a mouthful, but I hope you guys were able to learn something from the list. Keep in mind that the game is constantly updating, so there are likely going to be even more changes in the coming months!

Oh, while you’re here: You might want to have a look at this beginner’s guide for both solo and normal modes!
