- Hit them with projectile weapons repeatedly
- Wait for Griffins at oxen fields and attack them
Bear in mind that Griffins appear rarely, so you will most likely have to wait until you can find them. The first and last methods are the best methods to do it, as you are guaranteed to find one Griffin there (in the case of the first method mostly). If you don’t find a Griffin already at the oxen fields, you will have to camp nearby and wait for one to arrive.
Remember, aggroing the Griffin is easy to do, even if you are not at its nest or near the oxen fields. All you have to do is to just make sure that you are attacking it all the time. Really get into its face and attack it. If you don’t have a range weapon, be sure to keep looking at it and it will automatically aggro to you.
