Action and Reaction Module is a reward that you can get from clearing the Large Nuclear Reactor mission. Reach the classified area in the game to find this particular mission and you can check the main reward here.
The Action and Reaction Module has 12.5% drop rate on normal difficulty. You can up it to 30% on hard mode.
Action and Reaction Module is very good for general rounds, such as assault rifles, handguns and submachine guns. The module increases the ATK of your firearm along with recoil. At level 10, the module gives Firearm ATK +61% and Recoil +20%.
