One of the games that loves bring updates in Roblox is Anime Last Stand. Every now and then, not only do they add new awesome units to the game, but they also adjust the older units. That said, it’s important that you know which units are the best, depending on the meta. After all, they all have different damage outputs, abilities, DPS, availability and more. In this guide, I’ll show you who I think are the best 10 must-have units in the most recent Jujutsu Kaisen update of Anime Last Stand!
Best 10 Must Have Units in Jujutsu Kaisen Update
I’ll be ranking these units starting from the Top 10, so expect to find stronger and better units as you go deeper into the guide. Just a tip though, the Top 1 unit is a JJK-character, you can take a guess. Without further ado, here’s my ranking for the 10 best units based on their abilities and overall DPS.
Ulmiorra Segunda
First up, we have Ulmiorra Segunda, one of the most affordable and powerful Nature units you can use. He’s a must-have for Caverns and Legend stages, thanks to his hybrid placement right from the start, making him extremely versatile
At max upgrade and level, he deals a solid 21.8 million damage with a SPA of 5.91 seconds, bringing his damage per second (DPS) to an impressive 3,688,663. His high damage output as a Nature unit is particularly noteworthy, as there aren’t many Nature units that can match his stats, especially with his Avatar trait, which is one of the best traits available in the game.
In order to obtain Ulmiorra, you’ll need to head to the Hollow Dimension in World 1, Act 6, where he has a 5% drop rate in both Normal and Nightmare modes.
Asuta (Half-Devil)
Next up is Asuta Half-Devil, one of the best Dark units in the game. Asuta shines not only for his high damage but also for being incredibly cost-effective to upgrade. At max upgrade and level, Asuta Half-Devil dishes out a solid 24.3 million damage, with an attack speed (SPA) of 6.24 seconds, which is remarkable for a unit that is this cheap to upgrade and comes as a hybrid from placement.
To obtain Asuta Half-Devil, you’ll need to evolve the rare Asuta, which you can get from the banners. Then, evolve the Mythic Asuta to Ultimate Asuta by using the Evolution item, obtainable from the Demon Skull Village Corrupted Secret Portal in World 2.
If you haven’t reached World 2 yet, I highly recommend grinding to get there since that’s where many overpowered units like Asuta are available.
Flame Breather (Rengoku)
Rengoku is an exceptional burn unit with hybrid abilities, making him affordable and highly effective at Wave 2. His DPS at max upgrade hits 7.7 million, and he’s perfect for Legend stages and Caverns. You can obtain Rengoku from the Demon Capsule, which can be farmed in Infested City Infinite Mode in World 1.
True Curse King (Sukuna)
With his nuke ability and team buff, Sukuna is an absolute powerhouse. His hemorrhage damage and team range buff are critical for high-level play. His DPS reaches over 14 million at max upgrade, and his final nuke ability makes him a game-changer. To unlock Sukuna, evolve all seven deadly evolved units and talk to Sukuna in World 2.
Ninel Spirit
Ninel is one of the best water units, transitioning into a hybrid with insane stats at later upgrades. Her DPS at max level reaches 3 million, making her highly effective in Fire Caverns and Legend stages.
7th Company Captain Former (Benimaru)
Benimaru is an affordable dark unit that excels at both air and ground attacks. His Dark Flame ability, unlocked at later upgrades, makes him one of the most powerful units for Legend stages and Caverns. With a max DPS of over 15 million, Benimaru is a must-pull from the World 2 Ultimate Banner.
Black Swordsman Berserk (Guts)
Guts is a top dark unit that becomes a full AOE hybrid at later upgrades. His hemorrhage damage is incredible, making him a force to be reckoned with. With a max DPS of 9 million, and his ability to buff hemorrhage damage, Guts is an invaluable addition to your team, especially in Caverns and Legend stages.
Division Vice Captain
Now, the Division Vice Captain unit is one of the best starter Light units, providing excellent value from Wave 1. His bleed damage cancels out regeneration effects, making him crucial in this update. At max upgrade, he deals over 6.3 million damage, and with his bleed effect, his DPS reaches an impressive 3 million. You can obtain Division Vice-Captain from Banners 1 and 2 from the Kaiju update.
Time King (Julius)
Julius is one of the best light-support units with his Time Stop ability, which is unlocked at later upgrades. He transforms into a hybrid unit and becomes a full AOE attacker, making him highly valuable in tough situations.
At max upgrade, he deals 12.7 million damage with a 4.63-second SPA, translating to a DPS of 2.7 million. He’s a must-have, especially for Legend stages. You can summon Time King through the World 2 Ultimate Banner.
Pride The One (Escanor)
Escanor is a top-tier DPS unit, featuring insane buffs and extraordinary team support. At max upgrade and buff, his damage reaches 35.5 million with an additional 42.6 million burn damage, and an SPA of 5.09 seconds, putting his DPS at 15 million. His powerful buffs and abilities make him an essential pick in the JJK update.
Strongest Sorcerer Unsealed (Gojo)
Last but not the least. Taking the Top 1 position is, Gojo, one of the newest units you can evolve, and he’s become insanely powerful with an incredible slow and overpowered damage on placement.
In the JJK update, his unsealed stats at max upgrade and level reach 53 million damage with an SPA of 5.82 seconds, giving him a damage per second (DPS) of over 9 million!
Combine that with his Time Stop ability, unlocked at Upgrade 3, and Gojo becomes an absolute game-changer, especially in Legend stages and Caverns. At his final upgrade, he gains the ability to deal a whopping 10 billion damage with his nuke ability!
That wraps up my list of the top 10 must-have units in the new Jujutsu Kaisen update of Anime Last Stand.
