The most difficult part in MMORPGs is not the bosses, nor the raids, not even the fight to press the skip dialogue button in the story segments. All of that pale in comparison to the true most difficult part of the game, picking a name. If it were a single player game picking a name would have been easy unless you were committing to roleplay, but in an MMO people will remember you by your name. Nobody wants to be known as xXxGrimReaper06xXx that guy with a weird name in the guild. If that is your name, or something equally as bad, then here’s a guide on how to change your name.
How To Change Your Character’s Name or Username In Tower of Fantasy
Now some of you may start playing MMORPGs with already a name in mind. Perhaps you’ve been using the same name for your character since high school like me. Some of you might even be known in your discord groups by close friends by your old game name and that’s great. For those who don’t have something like that and thinks the name they gave to their character isn’t so great then you have two options.
First option is to start over again with a new character. This can be good if you’ve just started, but not so much if you’re already deep into the game, for that you’ll need the second option.
In the game there is a button for the shop on the upper right. Select that and it should send you to the game’s money shop.
There you can navigate to hot items and you’ll be able to see the item “Identity Update Card.” That’s the item you’ll want to get to change your name. It’s a bit pricey, so keep that in mind.
