Most games these days have some sort of minigame for the smaller aspects of their games. For example, Skyrim has their lockpicking minigame for lockpicking, while Stardew Valley has their fishing minigame when catching fish. Other players enjoy these minigames because it makes them focus more on an otherwise monotonous activity, while others dislike it because it’s too much of a bother. In Tower of Fantasy one of the quests in the game actually features a neat mini game where you need to defuse the first & second bomb. In this guide, we’ll show you how to do it.
Defuse The First & Second Bomb In Tower of Fantasy
Tower of Fantasy has plenty of different exploration missions out there. Some of them can be quite fun while also letting the player learn the lay of the land. It’s a great mechanic made by the game that rewards exploration and can actually be a viable way of making your character stronger.
In one of these exploration missions, you’re tasked with disarming bombs in Hykros city. Finding the bombs is the easy part, disarming them on the other hand might take some effort.
The first bomb is on the second level of the area, on one of the pillars, it’s hard to miss because they have a purple tint on them. Once you interact with the bomb, the defusal minigame starts.
If you’ve played one of those crane games where you can win stuffed animals then this might look familiar to you. You’ll need to press the left or right button to move the crane, then press the middle button to activate it. You must cut the green wire while avoiding the red wires.
The second bomb is on top of the second floor.
The minigame for the second bomb is quite similar though a bit harder so be careful. Once you’ve defused the second bomb the quest will end and you’ll be rewarded!
Congratulations you now know where the bombs are and how to defuse them! Now go out there and cut the green wires!
