Genshin Impact has recently released another huge content update for the game and it is the deserts of Sumeru. These deserts filled with sand-blasted ruins are here to continue the story of the game, introduce new characters and basically have more stuff for the players to do. The deserts have multiple puzzles to solve and enemies to defeat as well as hazards to dodge and quests to do. It’s an adventure out there and players are excited, and in this guide, we’ll show you how to do one of the steps in one of the quests there.
Continue Exploring Lost In The Sands In Genshin Impact
In the quest “Lost in the Sands” you’re tasked with exploring more of the Ruins where the quest takes place. It’s a basic step of the quest where you have to go deeper into the ruins and it starts with activating the mechanism to open the door to said ruins.
After that, through the door and onwards to the linear path deeper into the ruins. The linear path is filled with hazards to avoid and enemies to defeat so keep that in mind. At the very end of the path is a room where there’s a magical elevator that you’ll need to activate to continue.
In the area below are stone torches, one of which is electrified. You’ll need to hit the torches with fire and the electrified one with an electro attack followed by a fire attack. This puzzle is common all around the game’s map so you probably already know how to deal with these.
The puzzle will unlock a chest and a mechanism that gets you deeper into the ruin. Just follow the path until you end up in a cutscene and to the next part of the quest!
