Gacha games are very notorious for being money vacuums. They tend to lure you in with the promise of having powerful characters when you start, only to then offer you a “special” price for a starter pack that you can only get if you pay it now. In reality, you can easily reach that level just by playing the game normally. A lot of people have fallen for it, but I don’t really blame them for being curious. To avoid that in the future, here is a complete F2P guide for those who are starting Summoners War Chronicles.

Do Your Daily’s
You would be surprised at how many people tend to ignore the Daily Challenges in every gacha game ever. Daily’s may not seem much, but they do help in the long run. Compared to Weekly’s, Daily’s will give you more rewards for completing them every day for every week in every month. Everything you get from a Weekly is nothing when you go through a week full of completed Daily’s.
Do not ignore Daily’s, these are your friends and they will help you progress faster.
Do the Story
While you’re doing your Daily’s and Weekly’s and other challenges, also do the story. Playing through the story not only gives you some pretty sweet rewards, but it also unlocks game modes that rewards you with powerful gear and such. The story can get hard when you reach a certain point. When it does, it is a sign that you need to get stronger.
There are other stories as well that you can play after completing the first story you pick, so be sure to do those after.
Do Cairos
Cairos is a good way earn materials that help you get your characters become stronger. There are several levels of difficulties that you can fight in, as well as other bosses that you can fight that all have a specific element. However, if you do not have a specific element in mind when grinding for materials, you can always do the Hall of Magic fight. This one is more for general materials.
Climb Up the Tower of Ascension
Tower of Ascension is essentially the same as Cairos, in which you will fight to earn rewards. The only difference however, is that Tower of Ascension has a lot of rooms that you can go in and beat the crap out of the enemies to get rewards. You can go all the way up to the tower if you want, but only if you are strong enough. You will know that you’re not when you lose.
Go through the Path of Growth
The Path of Growth has three other sections: Path of Training, Path of Adventure, and Subjugation. All of them have the same purpose: to reward you with materials to help you become stronger. All three of these different sections will have random bonuses for the day. Do not skip out on the bonuses, as they provide more rewards than normal.
