While it’s unavailable in some countries and only playable in regions such as Mainland China and Brazil, gamers anticipate its worldwide release. Like all MOBA games, it features various heroes: Marksman, Mage, Fighter, Assassin, Tank, and Support. Each class has designated weapons and equipment.
Whether you’re new to this kind of game or are looking for good equipment builds, this guide is for you.
Equipment Guide – Honor of Kings
Buying and completing your equipment is essential, especially during late games. Investing in the most powerful and useful items is best when you acquire gold or money in the game.
Some equipment has three levels: Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. You can only reach the advanced form if you buy the low levels.
Meanwhile, Honor of Kings has six types of equipment for various roles and heroes, which are:
#1 Physical Equipment
The physical equipment boosts Marksman, Fighter, and Assassin’s attack damage, and some also include cooldown reduction and added HP on their stats.
They can also add critical damage and speed to heroes when attacking enemies. These powerful items include Nightmare, Divine Punisher, Bloodweeper, Sunglow Striker, and Doomsday.
#2 Magical Equipment
The magical equipment will improve Mages and Support heroes’ magic damage and stats. The heroes of the Mage and Support classes will benefit from the magical equipment.
Some of the best equipment for mage and support users are the Ardent Dominator, Scepter of Reverberation, Holy Grail, Mask of Agony, and Time-lost Augur.
#3 Defense Equipment
The defense items are perfect for Tank, Fighter, and Support heroes. This equipment adds defensive stats like HP and physical and magical endurance which helps heroes sustain more damage and last longer during clashes.
Some of the best defense items include the Overlord’s Platemail, Eye of the Phoenix, Red Lotus Cape, Blood Rage, and Guardian of the Eternal Night.
#4 Movement Equipment
All hero classes need movement equipment (aka boots). These boots enable heroes to move more quickly and help them chase enemies or flee and evade skills.
The movement items include Boots of the Arcane, Boots of Dexterity, Boots of Resistance, Boots of Tranquility, Boots of Fortitude, and Boots of Deftness.
#5 Roaming Equipment
The roaming equipment is used by Tank and Support heroes who rotate the map to help other team members. This equipment allows heroes to move even faster and get to other heroes during a clash.
The best roaming equipment includes Polar Shadow, Phoenix Ring, Guardian’s Glory, Extreme Shadow, and Wings of Redemption.
#6 Jungling Equipment
Junglers kill creeps and monsters to gain more gold and level up faster. Equipping jungle items results in a faster and more effective way to earn gold and experience.
The perfect Jungling equipment are the Agarre Del Gigante, Guerilla Machete, Rapacious Bite, Hunting Knife, and Giant’s Grip.
