After finishing the main quest, there’s nothing else to do in Diablo 4 but finish all the sidequests. We all love finishing the storyline of every game, but sometimes we forget about available sidequest. Since not all of them have an impact on the main storyline.
In this article, I will provide a short walkthrough on how to complete the sidequest called Blood and Sweat. I will guide you to the direction where you need to be and the object you need to interact with to start the side quest.
Blood and Sweat Guide
The Blood and Sweat quest is found in the region of Dry Steppes. Our objective is to look for a bloodstained letter somewhere in the region. However, to unlock Blood and Sweat, you need to clear a stronghold that is found in the ruins of Qara-Yisu. See the picture below to find the exact location of the stronghold. 
After clearing the stronghold, you can now access the location of where the Bloodstained letter is found. Now, let us proceed with the walkthrough of the quest.
- Once the stronghold is cleared. Fast-travel to the Ruins of the Qara-Yisu waypoint and go to the exact location shown in the picture below. You will find the letter on the ground and all you need to do is interact with it.
- Your next objective is to find the Crude Doll. Open your map and look for the area with the blue circle. The picture below shows the exact spot where you need to be. Interact with the Disturbed Stone to uncover a Crude Doll.
- When you have the doll, open your map and fast-travel to the Alzuuda Waypoint. The last objective is to give back the doll to Tuya. He is found just up north of where the waypoint is located. See the picture below for better map navigation.
That’s all you need to do to complete the Blood and Sweat side quest. Upon completion, the player will receive 20 Renown, 16,160 XP, and 2,280 Gold. However, your journey doesn’t end here. There are still more sidequests out there waiting to be completed.
