How To Escape The Dream In Chapter 16 | A Plague Tale Requiem

At one point in Chapter 16 of the game, you’ll get to a point where you get a dream sequence. You’ll control Amicia as you go through the dream, a desolate place that’s filled with dust and nothingness. A lot of players got confused at this part of the game since the second part of the dream sequence goes against what you’ve been doing since the start of the game. So, here’s how you go through this dream sequence.

In the first part of the dream sequence, you’ll see nothing on the horizon. Keep walking straight until you find a large bird statue. Continue going on a straight line until another cutscene plays where Amicia will kneel to the ground and a new place will appear.

The second part of the dream is where there’s a bunch of skull statues surrounding you and a lit brazier in the middle. A bunch of monsters will appear and at first, you’d think that you’ll need to defeat them. What you actually need to do is use Extinguish on the brazier.

After you extinguish the brazier another cutscene will play and the dream sequence ends.

Congratulations you now know how to go through the dream sequence in A Plague Tale: Requiem, now go out there and get out of that dream!
