Some areas in Alan Wake 2 can be quite confusing since the game can be pretty dark. The darkness is there to set the atmosphere of the game but it also makes it difficult for people to navigate through the levels. Not to mention it can be quite annoying to stumble around the place even with a map. Some places are just plain confusing.
In this guide, we’ll show you how you can go to the basement to find what was left in there in the Talk Show Studio. Now, let’s see what we can find down there!
Find What was Left in the Talk Show Studio Basement
At one point in the game, after doing the Talk Show bit and finding a map of the place, you’ll need to find what was left in the Talk Show Studio Basement.
To do that, you’ll first need to go to the Janitor’s Room. Then, talk to the Janitor there shown on the map below.
The Janitor will talk to you for a bit before giving you the Janitor’s Key. Once you have that, head to the Basement.
From the Janitor’s Room, go outside and head to the right to where you find the map. Go through the door with the exit sign next to the map and you’ll see the area below.
Keep following the exit sign and you’ll get to the Basement door. Use the key to open it and go down.
Once you’re down the basement, go forward to the room where there’s a white light shown below. There, you’ll find a table with a box you can interact with.
That box has the Angel Lamp inside of it and the next step of the mission is using it to get out. We have a guide on how to go out using the light, so make sure to go check that one out!
