Get ready to explore the new content and items in Albion Online’s latest update – the new Mists Update. From Mist Caches to Knightfall Abbey and Mist Coffers, there’s plenty of exciting additions to the game. In this article, we’ll explore all the new features and items you can expect to find in Albion Online’s newest update.
NEW Mists Update, All New Content & Items – Albion Online
Mist Caches
One of the newly added content that you can expect in Albion Online is the Mist Caches. These work similarly to chests in the game, in which they have rarity and loot inside. These caches also show up for everyone who is present in the game, meaning that each cache will have different loot for everyone and no one will miss out on any.
One thing that you should take note is that caches will have Fame Books in them, and those Fame Books will vary depending on the lethality and rarity of the Mist you are in. The rarity of the cache itself has no effect on the rarity of the Fame Book, so don’t just in joy when you get a legendary Fame Book.
Knightfall Abbey
Hey dawg, I heard you like dungeons in your dungeons. That is basically what Knightfall Abbey is. The Mist is already a dungeon that you can enter and scour around for loot, but Knightfall Abbey is essentially a much more difficult version of that. When you check your map while in the Mist, you will see an icon for Knightfall Abbey. You will need to rush to the entrance if you want to make it inside, as there is a timer.
Each room will have a group of mobs and have one or two shrines inside the room. If you take out all of the enemies in the room, those shrines will reward you with either a buff or a chest. It really depends on how lucky you are with RNG, since it could be one or the other.
Mist Coffers
Along with the Knightfall Abbey, you can find Mist Coffers. These are essentially the chests you can find while you are wondering around the area. They don’t provide a lot of good loot inside, and can generally be avoided, but it’s too early to tell.
New Brecilien NPC and Items
In Brecilien, there is a new NPC named Eralia Starchaser. She can give you a lot of new items, but you will need two things: Favor and Brecilien Favor. The difference between the two is that you will need Brecilien Favor to actually unlock higher tier items from the NPC. Once you have those items unlocked, you can then purchase them with the Favor you get from activities like Conquerors’ Challenge.
 Conclusion
All in all, the new Mists update provides a wealth of new content for Albion Online players to explore and enjoy. With the addition of new challenges, items, and features, the game continues to deliver engaging gameplay and entertainment for its loyal community. As such, it’s no wonder why Albion Online remains a popular online game amongst gamers worldwide.
