It’s only a couple days before Halloween! And of course, AniPhobia has lots of things prepared for us. It’s been a while since the last update. Now, the new Halloween Update, as well as the Revamped Power Plant is right around the corner. In this guide, I’ll show you everything you’ll need to know about the upcoming content.

Halloween Update & Revamped Power Plant Guide
To preface, there doesn’t seem to be a new mechanic added to the game. However, the update mostly adds fresh Quality of Life features and utilities. And of course, some stuff added for the upcoming Halloween. Let’s take a closer look!
Server Messages & Killfeed
First off, the update introduces new server messages and killfeed on the in-game chat box.
Death Quotes
Up next, there’s also an addition of a variety of death notes when you die. Such as this one below, “I have become comfortably numb.”
Cinematic Mode
Third on the list, the new update also adds a new Cinematic Mode feature. This lets you remove the User Interface, which is pretty neat, especially if you like capturing your gameplay!
Decorated Lobby
Next, of course, it won’t be a Halloween update without the Halloween Decorations on the game’s lobby. There’s a lot of creepy things out there like webs, pumpkins, ghosts, and more!
New Models for Broken Cars
There’s also an addition of broken cars, which can be found pretty much all over the game’s map. This new feature fits the wasteland vibe of the game perfectly. And of course, you won’t be able to ride them.
Sign at Motel
Up next, there’s also an added Sign in the General Store spawn, which is also known as the Motel.
Environmental Detail on Desert Gas Station
Also, the update features new environmental details on the Desert Gas Station, which makes the sand area generally look better and more detailed.
New Location & World Weapon
Up next, there’s also a new location called the Aurora. It’s a night club located in the City, which features a new lootable weapon as well.
The new weapon is called Hardballer, which can be picked up by making your way upstairs and into the bar area of the club.
Weapon Inspections
There’s also a new neat feature added, which is the Inspect Weapon feature. This has been common in FPS games recently, so seeing it on the game is pretty cool!
In order to inspect your weapon, simply press H. In fact, it even looks much cooler on third person. Go ahead and try it for yourself!
New Shop Weapon
Next, there’s also a new gun added in Mista’s Armory. It’s called the AR-18, a level 22 gun, which you can buy for 7500.
Power Plant Rework/Power Guide
The update also features the Rework for the Power Plant, which lets you power up the Mall. As shown in the image below, it currently has no electricity.
If you’re interested in knowing how to power up the mall, follow the instructions below.
In order to power up, there will be 3 things that you’ll need to turn on:
- Coolant Valve
- Emergency Restart
However, before you proceed to the steps, make your way to the Power Plant. You’ll have to turn on a couple things there to successfully turn on the power.
After arriving at the location, you’ll have to first go to the Reactor 1-2 Coolant Building, which is behind the Main Power Plant Building, as shown in the image below.
Make your way inside, and just head straight until you reach the Coolant Valve. Simply interact with it to finish the first step.
For the second step, make your way to the Main Power Plant Building, which is the biggest building you can enter in the area.
Go inside, head straight and click the button on the control panel which says, “Emergency Restart.” Once that’s done, proceed to the third and final step.
For the third step, go to this Green Building as shown in the image below, which is located left from the Reactor 1-2 Coolant Building.
Head inside and to your left, you’ll see a Breaker. You’ll have to it “Turn off”, which can be easily done by interacting with it.
And there you have it! You may now make your way back to the Mall. I won’t spoil you that much, but it will look awesome!
New Vehicles
Up next, there are two vehicles added in the update as well. I’m not sure for other locations, but I’ll provide a few locations where you can find them.
The first one is the new Jeep. You can 100% find it in the Power Plant. However, you can also find it all over the map.
Then, we have this new luxurious-looking car, which can be located inside the Dealer Shop in the Mil Checkpoint.
New Hostiles
Lastly, we have new hostiles. I don’t have much information about them, unfortunately. But here’s a list of all the added hostiles on the update:
- Kagura
- Chiyo Mihama
- Osaka (RPG)
- A dude with a jacket and a shotgun.
