Arm Wrestling Simulator is a relatively new Roblox game that involves players training using different equipment with the goal of unlocking new gyms and taking on players in arm wrestling competitions. The game has a pet system as well that assists players with unique perks to boost progression. The developers of the game are also active in adding new content to the game every Saturday. This guide will focus on the best training method in the game.
Best Training Method
Many players are under the misconception that farming the Barbells is the best training method in the entire game, but in reality, it is the newly added Walls. For reference, we will be comparing the strength gains from each of the exercise mediums to see which is the best.
Grips
To increase your Hand Strength, the use of Grips is required. These Grips come in different resistances allowing you to increase your strength by a larger amount every time the resistance increases. For comparison, we will the using the highest resistance possible, which is set at 625000 kilograms.
Looking at the image above, you can see that for every rep, we can earn around 146.6 trillion strength. Since each rep requires a second, we earn this amount every second, which is not good compared to the gains of the other exercise mediums.
Barbells
If you go to World 4 and pick up the strongest barbell and bring it back to World 5, you will immediately notice how much more strength you can gain as compared to using the Grips. With each rep, you earn around 318.3 trillion Bicep Power, as seen in the image below.
Even though each rep with the barbell takes two seconds, it does not matter since it is still twice as good as using the Grips for training.
Pull Up Bars
Next, if you head to the Pull Up Bars in World 5, use the strongest one, the Golden one at the back. As seen in the image below, we earn around 44 Trillion Bicep Power for each curl. Immediately we can see that this is not a viable option since we need to do eight pull-ups to account for one barbell curl. This is not feasible when trying to grind strength.
Keeping in mind the statistics from before, these pull-up bars can be said to be the worst in terms of gaining strength in the game. Even the Grips can allow players to gain more strength per rep than the pull-up bars.
Walls
Coming to the best training method in the entire game, we have the newly added Walls. The goal of this exercise is to break these walls with your fists. When you get to the end, you are teleported to the start and are awarded the points for the exercise. As seen in the image below, we gained 1.2 qa Knuckle Strength from just punching through the weakest walls.
To start destroying these walls, you will need to start off with some initial Knuckle Strength. For instance, if a wall has 10.9 Qa written in front of it, that means that this is the damage required to break the wall. You can have lower strength than the health of the wall, but this means that multiple hits will be required to break the wall. This is not efficient at all if you want to grind your strength and improve it overall.
Before grinding the walls, we recommend that you head to World 4. Here you should farm Knuckle Strength using the strongest Punching Bag available. Do this until you reach 15 Qa Knuckle Strength so that you can easily destroy the first set of walls. Once you have the appropriate strength, just auto-fight the weakest wall.
For the next walls, the jump required in strength will be quite significant. For instance, after the brown walls, the next set of walls requires 16.8 qi Knuckle Strength to be destroyed in one go. This grants 1.6 qa when the set is completed. The next set of walls requires 32.3 qi strength to be broken and awards the player with 1.9 qa. The last set of golden walls requires 70 qi to be broken in one go. They award the player with 2.2 qa.
Final Tips
Just before ending the guide, we have a few tips for you. First, there is a friend bonus in the game which is ten percent. Hence, we recommend playing in Private servers where all the players are your friends. This way, you can gain an extra ten percent strength to make training a lot easier. Additionally, your arm skins and trail bonuses do not provide extra damage when breaking the walls.
