Asura is a Roblox game that is heavily inspired by a popular manga series, and it is a fighting game where your style and stats play an important role in your chances of success. With that said, among the essential stats in the game are speed and stamina, so how exactly can you grind them up in an efficient manner?

The Fastest Way to Get Stamina & Speed

Before you begin with your training, make sure that you have a decent amount of money ready. Preferably around 5-10k Yen.

For the first step, make your way to the gym and buy three roadwork trainings. This will cost you 470 Yen for each purchase.

Next, make your way over to the food shop. After exiting the gym, go through the alleyway to your right. From here, the next building to your left should be the food shop.

At the food shop, purchase five chickens. These will cost you 140 Yen per piece. After buying and eating your chickens, head back to the gym.

From the entrance of the gym, you can begin the Roadwork Training program, which will have you running toward red markers until you loop around and end up at the gym again.

Also, if you have some extra money to spare, buy the Breathing Mask inside the gym. This will give you better passive stamina regeneration and will help speed up the process.

Basically, just keep repeating these steps until you are satisfied with your level or can no longer buy another set of roadwork trainings. Eventually you will have a high stamina or speed level, depending on what you focus on first.

And that is how you grind your speed and stamina as fast as possible. It is a fairly repetitive process, but it is incredibly efficient and takes little effort to do.
