How To Destroy World Boss Guide
There can be a huge variety of teams that you can use for the boss fight. One tip you definitely shouldn’t miss is by browsing top ranking players and checking out the teams they use. You will soon realize that not everyone with dupes naturally has higher damage.
Of course, this is a gacha game. The more dupes you have, the better stats your characters will have.
- Create a team composition that prioritizes first on survivability. Whether that’s Mimosa, Mars, or Charmy, make sure to build them well for the world boss. You need to last for all 8 turns.
- Current season’s world boss is a blue-type, or technique-type, so opt for green-type or sense-type DPS. Licht, Rhya, or Yuno should be your pick. Alternatively, a blue-type DPS character like Julius will also work if that’s what you have.
Things to note is that there isn’t much of a non-SSR option for team composition against this boss with green-type.
So, you’re going to have to mix and match with technique-type characters. Julius, or if you want to, Noelle [Swimsuit] who’s red or power-type, are some options you should consider.
Key tips and tricks:
- Below is the Special Effects that you will see when entering the stage. Every few rounds, there’s a special effect that you need to make full use of to maximize your damage output. Time your skills usage!
- On the first few rounds, you may not be able to get as much damage output as you want. Focus on buffing up your characters all the way until there are 4 rounds left.
- When there are 6-5 rounds left is the key. Make sure to inflict as much increased DMG Taken debuff as possible. It has unlimited stacking.
- Where there are 4 rounds left, make use of the Extra Turn when using Special skill. Make sure that at the end of the last 3 turn, your DPS has his ultimate ready and properly buffed.
- Because during the final 2 turns is where you’re going to make full use of the 30% Increased DMG Dealt.
When you think you can do better, leveling up your characters and grinding for the gears are often the answers.
