Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is just released! It is a very fun game that improves a lot on the old genres but some things never change. It is still early in its release meaning that the game has lots of bugs and issues. One of them is the movement. Let’s see how you can get much faster movement in the game.

Movement Guide | Get Better Movement – CoD Modern Warfare 2

Gameplay Settings

First of all, you will want to open up your in-game Settings. You will navigate to the Gameplay settings and here you’ll need to do some changes. You can go to your Controller or Mouse settings, anyhow you will be choosing the same things.

The Aiming part is where you will need to do the crucial changes. You need to set your sensitivity properly. There is not a real number that we can tell you to choose because it might not work for you.

So just get in a game, and keep trying every single setting out. You will be shooting in walls, flower pots, players… everything until you get that sensitivity number in check.

If you want to move around fast though, you better keep training with the sensitivity around 15. This way you will get much faster movements and quicker reactions if needed.

Always have your Automatic Sprinting on. This is something that will save you a lot of time and make things easier. You want to be moving faster, so not having to press that run button all the time will save you a bunch.

Graphics Settings

If you want to be faster you want to have a much smoother and higher FPS.

One of the biggest enemies for you and your speed in every Call of Duty game is the Motion Blur. Make sure to go to the graphics settings and turn it off.

You will need to lower the graphics as much as possible so you are able to have higher fps. You should be having around 60 FPS to be able to be as fast as possible.

Bunny Hops are OP

The ads + canceling with a melee slide is so much better. Set your mount to attack and melee, and then the input is slide > attack and melee at the same time OR attack first, then melee immediately after > jump (to stand up).

With this method, you can’t just snap the mount into any wall, and you don’t have to change any other settings. It’s also much quicker and easier to do.

Everybody is doing bunny hops at the moment right now and it is really the in-game key to your fast movement. It is broken at the moment and we hope that it will get fixed in the future.

That’s everything you need to know about having a much faster Movement in CoD Modern Warfare 2. We hope that this guide helped you out to move much faster and obtain much more kills.
