COD MWZ: Where To Find The Pill Bottle

Finding the right kind of item for your needs like in a quest can be annoying if you don’t know where to look.

In Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Zombies, there are a lot of items that you can get and some of them are harder to find than others.

For some of these items, you’ll need to jump through hoops, or even portals, to get them like the Pill Bottle.

Where To Find The Pill Bottle

Like most high-end loot in Call of Duty, it’s not as simple as just going to a place and picking it up.

You’ll need to have the right items and take the right steps to get them. The Pill Bottle is one of those items and you’ll need special ammo for it.

Obtaining Pill Bottle

To start finding Pill Bottles, you’ll need Brainrot Ammo. You’ll know you have that ammo mod if you see a skull icon on the lower right of the screen.

Once you have that mod for your gun, you’ll need to find an Aether nest, the small ones not the Strongholds.

You’ll have to find these Toxic Cysts in the area and shoot them with your gun that has the Brainrot ammo.

When you do that, the Cyst will turn green and you can go up to it to interact with it. Opening the Toxic Cyst will take a few seconds so make sure you don’t die in the process.

Once you open up the Cyst, you can then get purple colored Pill Bottle. Now, you can just get it and get out of there!

Obtaining Gold Pill Bottle

If you need to upgrade the Pill Bottle to the gold rarity, you’ll need to find an Aether Tear which will send you up into the sky.

You’ll then want to open your parachute and go through the green portal when you’re up in the air.

When you get through the portal, it’ll get you to a place where you can collect a Unique Bounty.

Take that bounty and complete it and at the end, an Aether Tear will open with your rewards. The Gold Pill Bottle will be part of the reward pool.

That’s how you can get a Pill Bottle in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Zombies. Now, go out there and try to get one yourself!
