A common trend in today’s world of gaming is to design cute main characters and put them in a world where they have to fight Eldritch monsters and other horrors. Cult of the Lamb is an example of that trend. But, it has amazingly smooth and responsive gameplay that feels like an adorable version of Hades. But enough about that, you’re probably here because you need to figure out what these snail shells is, and what they’re used for. Well, you have come to the right place, as we will show you how to get these snail shells.
How To Get Snail Shells & Use Them – Cult of the Lamb
Finding the Snail Shells is easy, as they can be found in Darkwood and Anura. They are basically the first two zones you will be fighting through. You can find them if you look hard enough by cutting the grasses and smashing anything you see around the arena. If you can’t find any, then that’s okay. They have a very low spawn rate, and it might take you a while to actually get them to spawn.
Spawning a snail is low, but them dropping a snail shell upon defeat is even lower. These little things have a low spawn rate. That’s because they have a secret that can only be found if you get a total of 5 Snail Shells.
Before we tell you what they do, we have to tell you where to put them. You need 5 Snail Shells because there are 5 Snail Statues that you can put them on. You have to put a shell on all 5 Statues to get to the super secret little thing that comes up. First off, the first statue you can find is located behind the Devotion Hut while you are in the Lonely Shack.
The second statue is located on the left side of the lighthouse in Pilgrim’s Passage.
The third statue is next to Sozo in the Spore Grotto.
The fourth statue is located on the left side of Plimbo in Smuggler’s Sanctuary.
The last statue is located at the spawn of Midas’ Cave on the left-hand side.
Once you have successfully found and offered a snail shell to all 5 statues, you will then be rewarded with a Snail Follower form that you can use whenever you want.
