Some Achievements in Darktide Warhammer are simply too hard to achieve. You will be failing over and over again. That is why in this guide we shall be showing you a very tricky way of how you can get the Veteran on Overwatch without breaking a sweat. Let’s get started.
Veteran on Overwatch Achievement | Warhammer – Darktide
This achievement is basically you going inside a level while on Malice Threat or higher difficulty, and then not taking any damage at all. Because of how the game is coded, this is more or less impossible to do, so we are going to be showing you one cheesy strategy that works.
The best missions for this level and achievement are not assassinations. Do not be doing them for this at all. The one that is very good, is the Smelter Complex. This level is amazing because Ogryn will block the doorway very well. Another good mission is the Silo Cluster.
You will want to join a Discord server and get some people to join you. You will want to find a total of 3 people that will know what they are doing and they can listen to your orders. We definitely recommend taking a Ogryn with a shield since it is necessary.
Tell your teammates that you will be going for the Penance. Once you will get to the end of the level when you will have to extract, whether in a ship or an elevator, you will want them to wait for you.
They will need to wait a total of 3 minutes, while you do ALT + F4. You will quit your game when you become just at the very end near the extraction. After you quit, you will rejoin the game.
Once you get back into the game, you will then need to get extracted without taking any melee damage at all. You need to make sure that those 3 guys with you will take care of all the enemies so when you come back, it’s going to be easy for you to get this achievement.
