Diablo has always had very interesting side quests that flesh out the world as you play the game. Side quests nowadays mostly just include fetching materials and killing X amount of enemies. Rarely do we get games that actually feature side quests that bring out the world and immerse you in it.

In Diablo 4, there are some side quests that don’t really meet that high standard, but the ones that do are fantastic. One of those is the Unyielding Flesh quest, and this guide will show you how to complete it.

Unyielding Flesh Guide – Diablo 4

Talk to Krystyna

To start the quest, you will need to speak to Krystyna. She will tell you that her husband left in the middle of the night with what seems to be another woman.

Could it be a case of infidelity? Or maybe a monster in the forest is luring in another victim? We will soon know as we go into the forest.

Go into the Forest and Help Kystyna Find Feodor

Going into the forest, you will have to fight through waves of enemies until you reach this spot on the map. When you approach Krystyna, the woman who is named Yulia starts talking in front of Feodor, who is now nothing but flesh as his skin has been stripped away and chained.

Krystyna is understandably horrified at the revelation, which gives Yulia the chance to escape. Follow her to where she goes.

Defeat Yulia

When you follow and find Yulia, Yulia will start a monologue that makes her sound crazy. As it turns out, Yulia is actually very much crazy, as she turns into a demon.

Defeat her and she will die and wither away. But you still need to check up on Krystyna and her husband. Or what remains of him.

Check on Krystyna

When you come back, it turns out that Feodor is actually enjoying this extremely gory fetish of his. Krystyna does not want anything to do with him and tells you that if you want your reward, then you rip out the dagger that is stuck in Feodor’s chest.

When you rip out the dagger (which is literally your reward for completing the quest), Feodor doesn’t die. In fact, the blood seems to keep coming out. Talk about a horrible way to live.
