Disney Dreamlight Valley is a fun game that allows Disney fans to play Animal Crossing with a Disney skin slapped on the game. You get to farm, fish, build houses and other buildings, and recruit characters to live in Dreamlight Valley.
The game has been constantly receiving updates that add new content while also fixing bugs that pop up every now and then. But recently, there is a bug that causes Maui to just disappear from Disney Dreamlight Valley. If you are affected by this bug, then you will need to follow the steps to find out where Maui’s location is in the game.
Where Is Maui Location
Maui is usually located in Dreamlight Valley and he roams around. You can simply press the Map button to check out where he is and find him.
However, recently, Maui is seemingly greyed out in the Friends tab of the menu, meaning that he has somehow disappeared. He’s not in his home, not in his realm either, and it’s hard to find out where he is exactly.

However, many are saying that Maui being greyed out on the Friends tab does not mean he is not available, but because his status has been set to him not being able to visit the valley.
This can happen by itself due to a bug, or just randomly inputting buttons that prevents some characters to visit the valley. It’s best to set them to visit the valley and try again to see if they come back.
