How To Choose Your Main Character | Which Character Is For You? – DNF Duel

Striker

She is a very fast attacker. Her moves are as swift as lighting and although she might seem very light and without any power behind those hits, oh boy would you be wrong. Counter hits are very capable of doing tons of damage. Her heavy attack while jumping is something that should be used a lot. If you do play her, keep up the pressure and stay on the move.

Grappler

One of the favorites because of the looks obviously. He is called a grappler for a reason. When playing with him make sure to get as much territory as possible. What this means is that you’ll be jumping and using everything in your power to get next to your opponent. While here, you have an arsenal of throwing and dunking skills as well as protective ones that can be used as a counterattack. He really has a ton of weapons in his hands. He also has a lot of armor and damage resistance.

Hitman

Very interesting character, I mean he’s playing with a Katana in one hand and an Uzi in the other. His attacking animations are where he really shines. He will keep on the attack with very long combos on your enemies which will keep them to their side of the map. He will deal a lot of damage with his hits too. You can wait on the enemy to come to you, as he will be closer you are able to catch them with your long animation hits and the very huge range he is able to maintain.

Berzerker

Probably one of the fan favorites. I mean he can transform into a living demon. Going for his Super is something out of this world. Something like a D&D barbarian he can go into a Frenzy. He is excellent for keeping the pressure and doing tons of abilities that just can make you mad, if you are his opponent. You can sacrifice your HP to get a boost on damage and speed, this is basically all you need to know. Very fun to play as too because of his combos.

Ranger

If you want to protect and keep yourself safe, as well as a control master of the whole map, well the Ranger is the character for you. He specializes in skills that will push back enemy opponents and utilizes his ranged skills to keep the enemy at bay. The Ranger is a real zoner and a really interesting character too. He has tons of dodge skills to just left to right and basically evade enemies. Just make sure to not get caught.

Crusader

Nice and slow and hard and sturdy. That’s the crusader in a nutshell. He has extremely slow skills but this makes it a big bonus. Basically, you can hide between these skills and make the most out of them. Very hard on the defense and armor. Fun to play and if you want to be the big tanky guy, well the Crusader is for you.

Troubleshooter

He can have a lot of buffs with his drinks. Very interesting to play and focuses on explosions from his guns. With his attacks, he can cover almost the entirety of everything in front of him. Hold your ground, buff up, and deal tons and tons of damage. He has tons of traps to use too.

Dragonknight

This is a mix of a pressure character, something hybrid. Very unique and weird to be honest. She is very slow and focuses on the dragon that is next to her. Has a couple of fun combos but nothing special. Basically, focus on using the dragon and hitting the enemy from behind them.

Swift Master

This is an example of a character that wouldn’t be allowed in other fighting games. It is a ridiculous character. She can control a lot of space with her elemental attacks and the thing is she can do a lot of specials in the air. All of them. She is awkward to fight against, that’s her speciality. If you try to play her well then just come up with some weird strategy that no one would expect, or really can expect, and you’ll win.

Kunoichi

The Ninja of DNF Duel! What would you expect from a ninja? She can keep up the pressure while also dodging and evading any danger if it comes. Very swift and deadly and pulling back when needed only to come back and strike you harder. Very interesting to play as because of her skills like smoke bombs, etc.

Inquisitor

This is the evil side of the Crusader. She comes for your life. Her attacks are huge. Like one attack can almost catch the entirety from one side of the map to the other. She uses fire moves and almost everything uses Magic Points. Interesting to play as.

Vanguard

If you are a fan of Dynasty Warriors, well this one is for you. Just because of his standing stance alone he is amazing. Very long-range with his hits and amazing combos that deal a ton of damage. He is that quiet and silent guy that always surprises everyone with his cool moves. Very fun to play as and very deadly.

Launcher

Jumping and shooting from above. If you like explosions and guns, almost bombing style, this is for you.

Lost Warrior

This is the unlockable boss of the game. No one has a clue what he specializes in, but maybe the best thing to say about it is that he’s a basic character good at almost everything. Keeps up the pressure and keeps teleporting left and right, up and down… Interesting to play as. A tip when playing against him is to use the block button nonstop.

Ghostblade

Long-range character that also focuses on wild attacks. They can come out of nowhere and are really fun and cool to use. Does a lot of damage and can use a ghost to come in and attack his enemy? If you want to play that creepy mystery type of character, this is for you. You can take the place of your ghost.

Enchantress

It’s a puppet character that controls her puppet against her enemies. If you want to play with a companion, this is for you.
