The Lunar Realm is an event that focuses on the fishing mechanic added in Genshin Impact version 2.1. The event consists of multiple fishing locations and challenges for each part. This guide focuses on the 5th challenge, where you need to catch as many fish as you can within the time limit.
Fishing Location
Teleport to the Temple of Lion domain. You can then glide to the sandbar area below the cliff to get to the fishing location. You can find the school of fishes on the farthest rock on the marked location.
Baits to Use
The two fish baits we have to use are the Fruit Paste Bait and False Worm Bait. You can craft the Fruit Paste bait using 1 Wheat and 1 Sunsettia. You need 1 Berry and 1 Slime Condensate to craft the False Worm Bait.
Tips and Tricks
The Fruit Paste Bait attracts all the Medaka Fishes in the area while the False Worm Bait attracts the Tea-colored Shirakodai in the area. Use the False Worm Bait first to get all the Shirakodai in the area and switch to the Fruit Paste Bait to attract the Medaka and Aizen Medaka. Switch baits when there are no fishes left that get attracted to the bait so you can catch as many fish as possible within the time limit.

- 2 Consecutive catches: 60 Primogems, 30,000 Mora, 3 Hero’s Wit
- 4 Consecutive catches: 30,000 Mora, 4 Sanctifying Oils
- 6 Consecutive catches: 6 Mystic Enhancement Ores
