Use Elemental Sight to Follow The Traces Guide – Genshin Impact

Elemental Sight

You can use Elemental Sight as a sort of Eagle Vision to spot things from far away better. This is also used to get a better knowledge of your surroundings. This can be for highlighting all of the pickable items, the interactable NPCs, the areas that you might need to be investigating, etc.

In this case, you will also be needing to follow the Traces. This is going to be the questline of Use Elemental Sight to follow the traces.

Quest Guide

The key to finishing this quest is simply just having one eye on the mini-map at all times. As you can see you will get yellow circles from time to time. The point of these circles is that you need to enter them and while inside to use the Elemental Sight.

When you enter this yellow highlighted area you will need to stay in the circle and use this vision. You will be finding a couple of interactable items. You’ll get closer and closer to your target by doing this.

Around the big hill area, or from the left of it, you will see a big fat enemy. This is where the traces were leading you. You will have to defeat this Fatui Soldier.

He is very easy to take down. Just the basics will work on him too. Once you defeat him you’ll get the quest finished. Congratulations!
