There are a lot of different items in Genshin Impact and most of the important ones are scattered in different places. You’ll need to find the locations of these items and where to farm them to make your characters of gear stronger in the game. One of the items you’ll need is the Water That Failed To Transcend, which you can find on the map of Fontaine.

Water That Failed To Transcend Location
In Genshin Impact, the Water That Failed to Transcend sounds like a quest but is an item. It’s a character level-up material found by fighting a boss in the game. That boss is the Hydro Tulpa and it can be found to the southwest of the Court of Fontaine.
There, you can find the underwater area of Chemin De L’Espoir. From there to the west of that area is an underwater cave. You can use the image below as a reference.

Just go to the Underwater parts and head deeper down. Head to the west where you can see the cave below.
Continue to follow the cave until you reach an area where you can walk properly. There, you’ll find a Teleport Waypoint to get here easier. And just beyond that is where you can fight the boss.
Once you fight the boss and defeat it, you can then open the Ley Line Blossom. Inside, you’ll get the rewards from the fight. One of the items you’ll get is the Water That Failed to Transcend.
