Living in Dreamlight Valley can be a little bit worrying. After all, there are so many Night Thorns everywhere, you could get hurt from stepping on them.

Simba realizes that Dreamlight Valley and its villagers seem to be a little tense when he first enters the valley, so he decides that maybe it’s time to bring some Hakuna Matata into the valley so that everyone can relax a little and enjoy life.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to complete the Hakuna Matata quest. If you’re looking for a guide for this quest, then this is for you.

Disney Dreamlight Valley – Hakuna Matata Quest Guide

When starting the quest, Simba will say that everyone seems to be a little stressed out. He wants to help everyone relax by invoking some Hakuna Matata wisdom onto the valley. To do that, everyone needs to relax and chill out for a bit.

Your first objective is to change into some more casual clothing. Once done, talk to Simba and he will ask you to put up 3 Seating and 5 Landscaping Furniture in the Peaceful Meadow.

After you are done making Peaceful Meadow a little more relaxing, you will go back and talk to Simba.

He then asks you to talk to Scrooge McDuck.

Talking to Scrooge about a pool, he tells you that it is possible, but you will need to give him the following:

  • 9,000 Star Coins

Or

  • 2 Shiny Aquamarine
  • 2 Shiny Peridot
  • 3 Topaz
  • 5 Peridot
  • 5 Garnet

It doesn’t really mater which one you pick, as choosing to pay Scrooge the 9000 Star Coins or give him the required items will get the pool going anyway.

Once you have given Scrooge what he asks for, you can then place the Relaxing Oasis anywhere on Peaceful Meadow. Anywhere is fine, as long as it’s in the Peaceful Meadow.

Once you are done, head back to Simba and talk to him to finish the quest.

He's also a huge fan of superhero media like Marvel and DC, so he's practically played games like Spider-Man and the Batman Arkham games. He's also into multiplayer games that strike his fancy, specifically games like Call of Duty and Fortnite. Most especially Fortnite since he can play as different Marvel and DC characters in a battle royale against other famous and iconic characters.
