Spells can be both helpful and destructive at the same time. You can say that the effect of your spell is considered as either of the mentioned depending on your purpose.
Hogwarts Legacy lets you learn and use different kinds of spells in the game. Some can be unlocked by doing quests while some can be learned by getting the recipe after you attend the Charms Class.
One example of a spell that can be both helpful and destructive is Bombarda, a dueling spell. We’re here to show you how you can learn this powerful spell.
How to Learn the Bombarda Spell
The Bombarda spell can be learned during the later part of the game once you have already experienced the winter season.
To learn this, you have to finish the side quest, Professor Howin’s Assignment.
This is a dangerous yet helpful kind of spell. It causes a big explosion that deals massive damage to whoever receives it.
While it can hurt someone, you can also use it to move big obstacles out of the way.

Then, you will be asked to trace a symbol to acquire the spell. Once you finish it nicely, you will be able to use Bombarda.
However, you will be asked to swear a promise to Professor Howin that you will only use it for the better.
