This quest and task are as simple as they come. You will just have to go up from the Cracked Blue Floor and just talk to Atreus while he’s looking down on top of the cracked floor.
So do not go down to the blue floor at all. Just stand next to Atreus and you will jump down with him to crack it up.
He will tell let you know how you can crack it, or better put, it will be a cutscene in which you help you crack down the cracked floor.
