How To Find A Rope Gun Zip Line in Sons Of The Forest

Sons of the Forest improves a lot from The Forest in many ways.

First off, there are guns now. The Forest did not have any guns (the Flintlock Pistol doesn’t count) and if you wanted to attack from afar, you had to use bow and arrows to do so.

In Sons of the Forest, there are multiple guns now, as well as a Rope Gun that will help you zip across the island as fast as possible, letting you cross large gaps that otherwise could not be crossed.

Sons Of The Forest – How To Find A Rope Gun Zip Line

#1 Go to the Cave Entrance

To find the Rope Gun, you will need to find the cave entrance that contains the Rope Gun. Using the GPS, follow the location that is found on the image above.

There, you will find a cave entrance where the Rope Gun is in.

#2 Travel Deep into the Cave

Go deep into the cave to find the Rope Gun.

You won’t encounter many enemies, but you will encounter an obstacle made of flesh. This blob of flesh is moving around and seems to want to add you to the pile.

Next to it is a dead body that has C4 on it. Pick up the C4 and throw it to the wall. Find a place to take cover and blow it up.

You can then continue going deeper into the cave.

Eventually, you will reach a chasm that you cannot cross normally. Thankfully, there is a Rope Gun on the floor next to you.

Pick it up, and you will have it added in your inventory.
