Go to Logue Town for Buso Haki V1
Before you can get Buso Haki V2, you need to get V1 first. To do that, you will need to go to Logue Town and talk to Old Man Silver, who is a Buso Trainer. Talk to him and get the Buso Haki V1. Now, you can get Buso Haki V2.
Go to Revolutionary Base
After getting the Buso Haki V1, you will need to travel to the Revolutionary Base. Once there, look for the Buso Level 2 Trainer (who looks exactly like the first trainer) in this little shack. There is a requirement to getting V2, which is you need to be at level 1150 and you need to have 250 thousand in game cash. Once you have both, talk to the trainer and you will get Buso Haki V2.
