How to Get the Ring of Lightspeed
First, you must progress a bit into the story, until the part where the mayor sends you over to Fun City, where you will eventually have to fight two of the Ten Wise Men.
Following this step, you will be sent to Armlock to protect Mirage from Metatron, who is also one of the Ten Wise Men.
After this step, you can now leave Armlock, and you should see a new PA in Fun City. Travel to the city and head over to the arena.
Once you reach the arena, go into PA Mode and you’ll be able to interact with Mariana. After the cutscene, you’ll find her on a bed, where you can speak with her again.
Your first interaction with her will lead to her giving you a Silver Cross. Simply speak with her once more to receive the Ring of Lightspeed. And there you have it; you now have one of the best accessories in the game.
It’s considered to be incredibly powerful due to how it adds two additional hits to your attacks. This drastically increases the amount of damage you can dish out, and you can likely acquire another one later in the game.
When used in combination with the Ring of Might, you’ll deal an insane amount of damage due to how your attack is doubled. One disadvantage with this combo, however, is that you will be weak to pretty much every elemental attack.
