Pepsa Location – Great Meadows Pepsa
Since Pepsa is a member of the town’s stylist faction, players must challenge her to claim the title of “Sovereign of Elegant”. However, in order to challenge her to this duel of fashion, you’ll need to find where she stays.
To answer your question, just southwest of the town of Florawish, you’ll find Pepsa at the Cicia Art Academy Field Base in Breezy Meadow. You’ll find the exact location marked on the map below.

Finding Pepsa
The fastest way to get to Pepsa is to fast travel to the Cicia Art Academy Field Base. Once you get there, you’ll need to enter the building by climbing up a set of stairs.
You’ll find Pepsa just on the east side of the building in front of a couch with multiple people. You’ll notice that she, along with others in the area have their heads buried in a book.
Now it’s time to interact with her and challenge her to a competition where you compete against the other in a battle of who knows how to style outfits the best. The key to winning this competition is to always pick the first item in each category.
