InVision’s Web Verse is a brand new Roblox game that takes inspiration from the Spiderman franchise. In this game, you can equip various suits with different stats and swing around the city while fulfilling your duties as the friendly neighborhood Spiderman. This guide will talk about abilities that were added recently and how to use them.
Different Abilities
Each suit in the game comes with a different ability that can be utilized when taking on enemies. To use the ability associated with a suit, simply press the X button to trigger it. Here’s a list of all the abilities that different suits have.
Peter B Parker
The character’s appearance inspires the Peter B Parker suit in Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse, where he tutors Miles Morales. His ability revolves around swinging enemies and throwing them at high velocities into other enemy groups.
We recommend using this ability when taking on groups of enemies, as you can deal damage to multiple enemies simultaneously.
Flipside
The Flipside suit takes inspiration from the Scarlet Spider suit in the comics. This suit is worn by Ben Reily. The suit has the ability to summon clones that explode after a short period of time, dealing damage.
To time your attacks with this ability, the clones flash red before exploding, so use this to move away from them to avoid taking damage. This ability is good for creating distance between you and your enemies as they will focus on the clones while you can use this time to heal up.
Classic Suit
The Classic Suit takes inspiration from the classic suit in Spiderman PS4. This suit is the one Peter dons during the fight with Kingpin. The ability of this suit is capable of Webbing up enemies, causing them to be unable to move for a short period.
We recommend using this ability if in a one-on-one fight, as with multiple enemies, you can only incapacitate one enemy at a time.
Agent Venom
Agent Venom is essentially a not-so-evil version of the traditional venom. In this case, the venom symbiote bonded with Flash Thompson, who controls it to assist Spiderman. The special ability of this suit revolves around using 2 Automatic Assault Rifles fired continuously at enemies.
Although this ability shreds through enemies’ health, it is recommended to use it only on smaller groups since you cannot control the direction of the firing. Once the ability is triggered, the guns fired is a straight direction only.
Spiderman 2099
The Spiderman 2099 suit is worn by Miguel o’ Hara, who is not your traditional spiderman. Instead of being bitten by a radioactive spider, this variant was born due to an accident that combined a spider’s DNA with his. The special ability of this suit allows players to glide for a short period.
This ability is not that useful in terms of combat but does allow for faster traversal around the city as compared to traditional web-slinging.
Advanced Suit
The Advanced Suit is the main suit used by Peter Parker in Spiderman PS4. This suit is made with the help of Dr Otto Octavious after Peter’s previous suit is damaged in the fight against Kingpin. The suit’s special ability is the Web Blossom which is an advanced version of the Classic suit’s ability, as you can incapacitate multiple enemies at once.
This is a very useful ability as it allows you to control large enemy crowds by effectively webbing them up.
Miles Morales Across the Spiderverse
The first Miles Morales variant is inspired by Spiderman: Across the Spiderverse film. This suit’s ability allows players to unleash a deadly Bio Explosion that deals damage in a large area.
As with other abilities, this one is best used in large crowds as it allows players to deal damage to multiple enemies.
Miles Morales PS5
This suit is inspired by Spiderman: Miles Morales game that picks up after the events of Spiderman Ps4. This variant of Miles’ suit can generate BioShock fists that damage enemies. Additionally, the ability also allows Miles to traverse large distances in a short period and leap high in the air. This is the only ability so far that can be used for both combat and traversal.
