The ARPG genre of video games has been in the media for a long time, since the first Diablo games to the newer ones as well as MMOs like Lost Ark, the genre has been evolving a lot. Still, there are some designs and mechanics that stay true for most ARPGs, like how a single piece of gear can completely change your play style. ARPGs these days have certain items like weapons, accessories or armor that can change how skills work directly, or how it effects things in the game. In this guide we’ll show you a build for a specific item in Lost Epoch; Jelkhor’s Blast Knife.
Melee Detonating Arrow Marksman (Jelkhor’s) Build Guide For Last Epoch
The Jelkhor’s Blast Knife is a dagger that can change the way you play a Rogue Marksman. It makes it so the skill, Detonating Arrow, no longer needs a bow to use. On top of that Detonating Arrow will now be a melee attack. It will also change it to scale with Melee Damage instead of Bow damage.
As you can see this greatly alters the play style of the Detonating Arrow, which is now a melee attack. That’s why we’ll need to get a proper build to go along with this unique weapon. The image below shows a build Skill build of Detonating Arrow for maximizing DPS along with the weapon.
What we mainly want to go to is the Arcing Blast passive on the upper right, which causes Lightning Tendrils to chain to other opponents. Along the way we’ll get Suckerpunch Arrow where we want to increase the Explosion Area.
Going to the left we’ll get Outburst which further increases the Explosion Area and Well Crafted with does the same. We’ll then go for Rapid Detonation so that the Explosion triggers immediately.
