Having a lot of resources should not be a bad thing, but it actually can. That means that you will have to spend more resources in order to start collecting more. If you aren’t in a position to spend resources, then it can be bad for you in the long run.
Luckily, you can remedy that by building the Allay Storage improvement.
The Allay Storage essentially allows you to carry more resources in your inventory.
There are also other improvements like Gather Diamon or Gather Iron that can help you improve the number of diamonds and iron you can carry.
