After grinding for a bit in One Piece: New Dreams, it’s time to use your money to raise upgrade your stats and use skill points. As a PvP-based game, you need to keep your game up if you want to avoid getting killed by other players.
We’re going to show you where to go to get these upgrades in the game and what you need to pay for them.
How To Upgrade Stats
You can upgrade stats by purchasing training from the weapon shop or NPCs in Alabasta/Barabasta town.
The first few ones are the dumbells near the stack of boxes when you go straight from the main stair. It’s behind a red haired NPC and each Arm Training cost B$1,000. There’s also Leg Training that costs the same.
The other one is from the weapon building that doesn’t have an NPC. To find this, it’s easiest to start from the big stairs that head into the town and turn left. the building should be immediate on your left side, with several NPCs located in front of it.

Head inside that you will see these two items on the counter. Interact with the red one for Vitality Training and green one for Agility Training. Each of them costs B$1,500 each.
