One Piece is one of the biggest animes out there along with the greats like Naruto and Bleach. It has over a thousand episodes and even more chapters in the manga. It has over hundreds and thousands of fans all around the world and for good reason, the anime is simply amazing is one of the best shounen shows out there. That’s why it’s no surprise that there’s a new game out called One Piece Odyssey, a JRPG where you can play as the Straw Hat Crew doing quests and fighting monsters and enemies. In this guide we’ll show you how to do one of the quests in the game.
God Usopp 3 Side Quest Guide For One Piece Odyssey

To start this quest you’ll need to go to the northeastern part of the Dressrosa City Area map.
There you’ll need to talk to this sharply dressed portly man to start the quest, you can use the images above and below for references.
After talking to him you’ll then need to go southwest to the area marked in the image below.
There you’ll find a bunch of thugs that you can talk to and fight. Once you finish them off you’ll need to say reply to them. Here is the series of replies you need to choose:
- But you can’t hate those who suffered like you did!
- Then you should be working together to rebuild it!
Once you’ve chose those answers you can then go back to the NPC that gave you the quest to finish it!
