How to Get All Evolution and Form Items in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Different types of Pokemon have different requirements in reaching their evolution. Same as that, they also need a specific item to help them evolve to their next form.
These evolution and form items can be obtained by looking for them, purchasing them, or obtaining them after defeating a particular creature.
Dawn Stone
Start off with the Dawn Stone which can be found in Porto Marinada Auction. Aside from that, you can also find this in the ruins, northwest of Medali.
As you arrive in this area, you will spot different items scattered on the ground. All you have to do is look for this stone to obtain it.
Once you obtain this, you can use this to a male Kirlia in order to evolve it into a Gallade. Plus, using this with a female Snorunt also evolves it into a Froslass.
Oval Stone
Oval Stone is another evolution item that you can find around Porto Marinda Auction. It can also be found in the same spot as the dawn stone, scattered on the ground together with all the rare bones.
This oval stone evolves from a Happiny into a Chansey. However, Happiny still requires to reach a certain level before evolving. Take note as well that its evolution will only take place during the daytime.
Dusk Stone
Another stone can be found around Porto Marinada Auction. To find this dusk stone, go behind the gym in Montevenera.
You can use the dusk stone to a Murkrow to turn it into a Honchkrow. The same with Misdreavus evolving into a Mismagius.
Ice Stone
This time, the ice stone can be found once you go to Glaseado Mountain, more specifically the northeastern region of the Montevenera gym.
Go up on this rock formation and you will find the stone at the edge. Once obtained, use it with Eevee to evolve into a Glaceon, Cetoddle to evolve into Cetitan, and Crabrawler to evolve into Crabominable.
Moon Stone
Moon stone can be found once you arrive at the canyon area of the South Province (Area Three).
You can find it here under this tree. Use this with Jigglypuff and it will turn into a Wigglytuff.
Shiny Stone
This shiny stone is also available in the Porto Marinada Auction, but can also be obtained by going to the top of the waterfall in South Province (Area Six).
Once you successfully obtained this, you can use it to evolve Floette into Florges.
Cracked Pot
Obtaining the cracked pot is most efficient if you go to Porto Marinada Auction, but you can also find it in this location just near the river located southern to the Socarrat Trail.
You can use this item to evolve a Sinistea in Phony Form into a Polteageist.
Chipped Pot
Just in front of the Porto Marinada Auction, you can find the chipped pot under some trees or scattered around the area.
For this one, a chipped pot is used to evolve a Sinistea in its Antique Form into a Polteageist.
Sun Stone
During the Sunflora Gym Test, you will obtain sun stone by defeating a Sunflora.
A sun stone is used to evolve a Petilil into a Lilligant, and a Sunkern into a Sunflora.
Leader’s Crest
A leader’s crest can only be obtained by defeating a Bisharp that is surrounded by Pawniards.
Once you defeat the Bisharp, catch it and remove held item. You can transfer it to another Bisharp to evolve it into a Kingambit. However, your Bisharp must defeat three Bisharps that hold a Leader’s Crest while also holding one.
Auspicious Armor
To get the Auspicious armor, you must first collect 10 bronzor fragments and trade them with this man in Zapapico.
Once you have already obtained it, use it to Charcadet to evolve it into Armarouge.
Malicious Armor
Getting Malicious Armor is actually the same as getting Auspicious Armor.
The only difference is that instead of Bronzor fragments, you have to collect at least 10 Sinistea Chips and trade them with this woman in Zapapico.
After obtaining this, equip it with Charcadet to evolve it into Ceruledge.
Razor Claw
A razor claw can be bought from Delibird Presents in Mesagoza. You can buy it for 15,000 coins.
You can use it to evolve a Sneasel into a Weavile. However, your Sneasel must first reach a certain level. It will only evolve at nighttime.
King’s Rock
A King’s Rock can also be purchased in Delibirds Presents in Mesagoza for 10,000 coins. But you can also find this around Naranja, Academy Porto, and Uva Academy.
Once you have this, use it with a Slowpoke and trade it to evolve into a Slowking.
Metal Coat
The Metal Coat can also be purchased from Delibirds Presents in Levincia for 3,000 coins.
Once you get a hold of this item, use it to a Scyther and trade it to evolve it into a Scizor.
Sweet Apple
A Sweet Apple can also be purchased from Delibird Presents in Cascarrafa, Levincia, and Mesagoza for 2,200 coins. You can also find this in Tagtree Thicket.
Use it with an Applin to turn it into an Appletun.
Tart Apple
A Tart Apple can also be bought from Delibirds Presents in Cascarrafa, Levincia, and Mesagoza for 2,200 coins. You can also find this in Tagtree Thicket.
When used with an Applin, it will evolve into a Flapple.
Water Stone
Same with the apples, a Water Stone can be obtained by visiting the Delibirds Presents in Cascarrafa, Levincia, and Mesagoza. It costs 3,000 coins.
A water stone can be used with an Eevee and a Shellder to evolve into a Vaporeon and Cloyster respectively.
Adamant Crystal
An Adamant Crystal can be obtained by joining the Auction in Porto Marinada.
Using this crystal with Dialga will transform it into its original form.
Lustrous Globe
The Lustrous Globe is another item that you can get by joining the Auction in Porto Marinada.
Giving it to Palkia will transform it into its original form.
Griseous Core
The Griseous Core can also be obtained by joining the Auction in Porto Marinada.
Using this with Giratina transforms it into its original form.
Rotom Catalog
The Rotom Catalog can also be obtained by joining the Auction in Porto Marinada.
Using this item to Rotom will transform it into your chosen appliance which can be a light bulb, microwave oven, washing machine, refrigerator, electric fan, and lawn mower.
Draco Plate
The Draco Plate can also be obtained by joining the Auction in Porto Marinada.
Using this with Arceus will transform it into its dragon form.
Reveal Glass
The Reveal Glass can also be obtained by joining the Auction in Porto Marinada.
This can be used for Tornadus, Landorus, Thundurus, and Enamorus to transform them between Incarnate and Terian forms.
Prison Bottle
The Prison Bottle can also be obtained by joining the Auction in Porto Marinada.
When used to Hoopa confined, it will transform into Hoopa Unbound for three days.
