RE: XL is a newly released Roblox game that is free to play. The game is mostly about fighting and is pretty similar to other fighting games on the platform. It is still new so time will tell how it fares amidst the plethora of games available on Roblox.
This guide is made for beginners and will explain various aspects of the game such as how to get gold, level up faster which are very important to do in a game like this. Without further ado, let’s dive into the guide!
Complete Beginner’s Guide
The mechanics of the game that will determine how powerful you are is your character level. Focusing on getting your character level up should be one of your priorities when starting out in the game. The best way to level up is mentioned below.
Leveling Up Quicker
You start out as level 1 so you are pretty weak at this stage. To gain EXP, make your way to the Training Dummy and start attacking it. The training dummies are located near the spawn area. You will get a lot of EXP and easily level up by doing this.
You can even grind EXP and level up when you are AFK by using something like an auto-clicker. The Training Dummy does not move or attack back so using your M1 attacks on them is good enough. A simple auto-clicker can do this for you.
To keep track of how much EXP you need for the next level, refer to the EXP bar which is present at the top left side of your screen.
Quests and Mobs
Once you have leveled up some by attacking Training Dummy, you can take quests. They reward you with a decent amount of EXP. Killing mobs (with or without a quest) also gives you EXP.
Getting Gold Faster
Gold is used for a lot of things in this game so it is fair to say that it is an important aspect of the game. To get gold fast, you need to complete quests. Finishing a quest rewards you with a good amount of gold and you can keep completing these quests as long as you like.
To get a quest, talk to the NPCs that have a white exclamation mark on top of their heads like the one shown below. These NPCs are pretty easy to find. Two of them are located in the spawn area. Talk to them to get the quest.
Once you accept a quest, you will get a quest prompt on your screen which indicates how many mobs you need to kill and what amount of gold and EXP you get for doing so.
Tip on easily dealing with Quest Mobs
What I like to do when I accept a quest is to hit all the mobs in the area so they start following me. After that, I try to get them in a single position and wipe them out with a single move. This saves up a lot of time as I do not have to individually deal with the mobs and wait for moves to recover from cooldown.
One such example is shown in the image below. See how the mobs are lined up and can easily be wiped out with a single move from an ability.
Arrow (Ability)
In this game, you get abilities by using an object called Arrow. It is shown in the image below. Simply select it and use it to get an ability. The ability you get depends on chance, the more powerful the ability, the rarer it is to get.
How to get Arrow
You can get Arrow from the Fortuneteller Baba NPC who is located in the spawn area near the Donation Leaderboard. Check the image below to see how she looks.
Storing Abilities
When you use an Arrow, you will LOSE your current ability. If you do not feel like losing your current ability then you can store it. To do so, click on the Stats icon which is located at the left side of your screen (marked below).
After that, select the ability you want to store and then click on an empty slot in the Ability Storage. You get 3 free slots from the start of the game. Check the image below in case of confusion.
AFK Chamber
You can also get a lot of good rewards (such as gold, spins, etc.) from the AFK Chamber. It is actually an AFK server in which you just need to keep your game running and you will get rewards depending on the time you spent there.
To enter the AFK Chamber, talk to the NPC called Gifthead (marked in the image below). He is located near the spawn area.
After you talk to him, you will be sent to the AFK Server. Now just keep your game running and your rewards will accumulate. In case you get kicked from the AFK Server (such as in the case of losing internet connection), your rewards will be saved so you do not have to worry about that.
Once you are done and want to get back to the main server, click on the Claim And Leave! button located at the bottom of the screen. This will take you back to the main game.
Codes
Like most Roblox games, this game also has a code system. You can redeem codes to get free rewards. First click on the Settings icon located at the left side of your screen.
After that, type the code in the area marked below and then press enter on your keyboard.
