The Awakened King DLC has introduced a string of new content to the Remnant 2 universe. There is a brand-new area to explore, where players can find all manners of items and dungeons. Additionally, many of these items are secrets and are not immediately obvious. This includes the Gift of Melancholy and Gift of Euphoria Amulets.
You may want to get your hands on these Amulets, as they provide some interesting stat boosts. The process of getting them can be a bit elaborate, however. So, in this guide, we will show you how you can get both these items in the easiest way possible, including wher to find them. Let’s dive in and get these Amulets!
How to Get Gift of Melancholy & Gift of Euphoria Amulets
The initial process for getting both these Amulets will be the same. At first, you will need to complete a certain dungeon so that you can get an item required to unlock the amulets. You will need to complete the Dungeon twice before you can move onto getting the Amulets.
The locations for each of the Amulets varies, so we will show you how you can find them as well. Keep in mind that the maps for this game are procedurally generated, so the areas will likely be different for you.

Path of the Fallen Dungeon
You will need to start by spawning the Path of the Fallen Dungeon. You can do this by first going to the Ward 13 area with the giant red crystal.
Interact with this crystal and open the menu. Select the option at the bottom which says World Settings.
Over here, you will see the option to Reroll Adventure Mode. Select this option.
Now, you will get a variety of options to select Dungeons. Select The Awakened King option and this is part of the new DLC.
Over here, you can choose the Difficulty. You can get the Amulets by going with the easiest difficulty Survivor and this will make the process much faster.
However, if you are feeling confident, you can go for other difficulties. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
Now, return to the Ward 13 Menu and select the Losomn option.
Here, select he Forlorn Coast and fast travel to the area. This is where the new Awakened King DLC takes place.
When you are at the Forlorn Coast, you need to access the fast travel menu again. The goal is to go to the Palace of the One True King.
You can unlock the palace as you progress through the main story of The Awakened King DLC. If you do not have the area unlocked, go through the main story. Eventually, you will be able to unlock it.
When you spawn in the Palace of the One True King, you need to locate a particular yellow doorway. This will lead to the Path of the Fallen area, where the dungeon is.
Go through the door and you will enter the Path of the Fallen. Here, there will be a small checkpoint that you can use as a guide to locate the entrance of the dungeon. The dungeon is basically a maze that will not appear on the map, until you have completed it.
Keep in mind that the Dungeon is NOT guaranteed to spawn. Look around the checkpoint and if you find yourself in a maze, you know you are going the right direction.
Otherwise, you will need to return to the Ward 13 Menu and Reroll the Dungeon again until it spawns in the Path of the Fallen area.
When you enter the Dungeon, there will be a variety of enemies that you will need to face, including mini bosses.
Once you defeat the enemies in this Dungeon, the Objective will complete. You will be given the Memoriam Medallion Key as a reward.
Now, you will need to choose which Amulet you want to go for. If you want both Amulets, you will need to complete the Dungeon twice.
Gift of Melancholy Amulet Location
Once you have the Memoriam Medallion Key, you can unlock the Gift of Melancholy Amulet.
Immediately after you finish the Dungeon, explore the maze-like area. There is a particular gate that you are looking for that leads into a garden area.
After that, you will see a small building. Walk around it until you find the entrance to it. It will be marked by a large locked door that can only be opened with the Medallion Key you obtained as a reward.
Approach the door and interact with it. Place the Medallion Key inside and it will unlock.
Enter through the door and you will see two Chests against the walls. Approach the chest with the glowing purple aura, and you will see the Gift of Melancholy Amulet is inside.
Pick it up and now you can look at it in your inventory. The Gift of Melancholy Amulet provides the following stat boost:
- Increases All Damage dealt by 25% when Stamina is at 100% for 7s.
This stat boost is great for DPS builds and allows you to do an insane amount of damage at the start of any battle.
Gift of Euphoria Amulet Location
Once you have obtained another Memoriam Medallion Key, you can start looking for the Gift of Euphoria Amulet. After you finish the Dungeon, look for the following entrance that leads into a small room.
Inside this room, you will see a giant painting that is resting against the wall. Shoot this painting to reveal the secret doorway behind the painting.
Go through this secret entrance and go up the stairs present in the courtyard. These stairs will lead to a small hall with a giant mirror at the end of it.
This mirror leads to the Walk of Remembrance area, which is where the Gift of Euphoria Amulet is. Interact with the mirror and enter inside.
Now that you are in the Walk of Remembrance area, you will need to look for the same locked door that was blocking the room to the other Amulet. As the areas are randomly generated, you will need to explore the area and find it yourself.
Here is a map that can give you an idea of where the locked door is compared to the Doorway leading back to the Path of the Fallen area.
Once you locate the door, place the Medallion Key inside to unlock it.
Enter through the doorway and look towards the chests against the walls. The one with the purple glow has the Gift of Euphoria Amulet.
Pick up the Amulet and you should be able to see it inside your Inventory.
The Gift of Euphoria Amulet provides the following stat boost:
- Spending 25 Stamina grants 5% Critical Chance for 7s. Max 5 Stacks.
This Amulet can work really with the stat boosts provided by the Gift of Melancholy Amulet. Both of them revolve around stamina and we highly recommend using them together.
That’s everything you need to do to get the Gift of Melancholy and Gift of Euphoria Amulets. As you can see, you will need to run the Dungeon twice if you want to get both of them. It can also be a bit tedious to locate the secret areas where they are hidden, since the maze area can be a bit confusing. Nonetheless, we recommend you get them as they provide some useful stat boosts.
