Souls games have come to the point where you no longer use sword and shield only to get crushed by a boulder as you make your way up a flight of stairs. In Remnant 2, you now have guns, a lot of them. So aside from hoarding melee weapons, you also have a grocery list of firearms that need collecting.
Some weapons are well-hidden however, like the Merciless. A long gun that allows you to deal extra bleeding damage AND stagger your opponent won’t be handed out to you that easily. This is where the guide comes in handy, keep on reading and get the parts for yourself!
How to Get Merciless Secret Weapon | Bleed Assault Rifle
The Merciless can be crafted at McCabe’s store. In order to craft the weapon, you’ll need x1 Crimson Membrane, x7 Lumenite Crystal, and x650 units of Scrap. The Crimson Membrane however will have to be borrowed from the Corrupted Ravager.
The boss can be found at the Ravager’s Lair section in the world of Yaesha. To begin the fight, simply shoot the Ravager instead of the Doe and let the fight play out.
Survive the fight and then go back to Ave McCabe next. Make sure that you have the required materials on hand before talking. After that you can simply ask her to craft the weapon for you. The Merciless comes with the Bloodline Weapon mod. This lets you fire a devastating blasts that penetrates every enemy it goes through.
It also deals a 25% critical damage bonus and an additional stagger to your target. Not only that, but the damage also increases by 50% for each enemy that you hit!
And that’s how you get the Merciless in Remnant 2! There’s still plenty of secret weapons for you to pick up. Maybe getting a grenade launcher next would be a good idea?
